Drive and Use the Phone

Simple suggestion really. Allow the player to control their vehicle whilst they are using their phone. Now cops can pull over players for using their phone whilst driving. Easy!

Right now devs disable controls at the moment the player opens their phone. We need to move this to to the moment a player selects a textField with their mouse, because obviously they still need the ability to type. When the player clicks are area outside of a textField the controls should be reanabled.

Only issue i see is a player may crash at high speed if they click a text field by mistake and lose controls whilst driving 240. My only answer to this is "well thats what ya get for messing witrh ya phone whilst driving"

Should be good fun though... Means crims have to think about stuff that little bit more and it gives cops a chance to engage with crims.

I thought you can already? I've been pulled over soooo many times using the phone when driving
I think you have to click out of the phone zone and then F2 to hide your mouse or something to continue driving with it open.
I think it's a bit weird since theres so many text inputs on it so it doesnt know when to send a W key or to drive forward but you definitely can switch between driving and browsing as I often browse bleeter when driving
