NRP, NVL, ramming

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
i am writing about a scenario that i feel like was a breach of said rules. raming, nvl, and nrp. first off, i was pulled over in LS fdown the path my vehicle was flipped, and upon it flipping up right i decided to climb a mountain. after i climbed the mountain or driving on a suspended license. i was asked to step out of the vehicle, at that time i declined, following with me taking off engaging in a pursuit. the pursuit was making its way up to paleto when i decided to take a dirt route. down the route my vehicle flipped, and upon it flipping upright i decided to climb a muntain. while climbing i side swiped a tree causing the car to stall. while i was trying to start the engine the officer decided to go above me in order to ram me down the mountain, which realistically wouldnt happen since that usually would cause death or injuries. i feel like the officer titally disregarded nvl for me. even after i brake checked theofficers during the pursuit, i feel liek the severity of the ramming is way worse, not matching the exact use of force of me brake checking, and he totally did not value my life, just wanting to end the scene instead of atleast try to make the rp scene more realistic.

From my perspective, the reporting party had already engaged in a lengthy pursuit and had repeatedly brake-checked multiple pursuing units throughout the incident.

At the point shown in the clip, the reporting party's vehicle was stalled on the hillside and was unable to continue moving. There were already several units positioned below on the roadway. My intention was not to ram the vehicle off the mountain or cause it to flip. I made light contact with the side of the vehicle in an attempt to get it rolling back down toward the units below so the pursuit could continue and the suspect could be contained.

Given the position of the vehicle and the low speed involved, I did not expect the vehicle to overturn as a result of the contact. The vehicle rolling and flipping was not my intention. My goal was simply to move the stalled vehicle back toward the units below and continue the scene.
