padpilot Posted May 28 Report Posted May 28 (edited) Spoiler THE REBELS - No city. No rules. No going back. Harmony, Sandy Shores & Paleto — Blaine County Summary Los Santos is rotting. Greed has taken hold, corruption runs through the LSPD like a disease, and the people who are supposed to protect the city's citizens are too busy lining their own pockets to answer the phone. The wealthy sit behind tinted windows in their sports cars while ordinary people struggle to survive on streets controlled by anarchic gangs and bent cops. The Rebels want no part of it. Founded by Pads El out in the dust of Blaine County, The Rebels are a small, tight crew of outcasts, drifters and disillusioned men who chose the open land over the corrupt city. They live off what the land gives them — fishing the local waters, hunting the county, farming and growing their own grain. They cook their own food, sleep under canvas and take care of each other and anyone who comes to their camp needing help. No questions asked. They are not a gang chasing power or money for its own sake. They are men who found each other at the margins and decided the margins suited them just fine. The Camp The Rebels don't stay in one place for long. The camp moves — one week it could be pitched in the heart of the city, the next up in the hills, the next on the doorstep of a rival's turf or right under the nose of the LSPD. Wherever the crew decides, that's where home is. No fixed address, no routine, no predictability. Just open land and wherever the night finds them. But there is always one place to come back to. Rebel Radio, south of Sandy Shores, is the heartbeat of The Rebels. It is where it all began and where it will always return. Whatever happens out there on the road, Rebel Radio is home. One Last Ride Every man who joins The Rebels makes the same journey. One final ride through Los Santos — through the noise, the greed, the corruption they are leaving behind for good. No looking back, no second thoughts. When that ride ends and the city disappears in the rear view mirror, they are a Rebel. The county road stretching out ahead of them is all that matters now. Vehicles & Attire Sports cars and flashy bikes are for people trying to prove something. The Rebels drive trucks, choppers, muscle cars and dirt bikes — vehicles built for purpose, not performance. All black, nothing flashy, with a red bandana as the only colour. Tactical gear, jeans and boots. Dressed for the land, not the city. Criminal Activity Living off the land only goes so far. The camp costs money, weapons cost money, and helping others costs money. For this reason The Rebels boost and chop the vehicles of the wealthy — people who have benefited from the same corrupt system The Rebels reject. No drugs. Never drugs. That poison is part of the same rot they walked away from. Goals - Establish The Rebel Camp as a permanent, self-sufficient base of operations - Establish an FOB within the city - Establish a permanent Camp with Paleto - Become the most capable vehicle boosting and chop operation in Blaine County - Build relationships with those who share The Rebels' values - Be the crew that answers when nobody else does Welcome to the Fire The Rebels is more than a faction. padpilot Posted May 28 Author Report Posted May 28 (edited) Spoiler CHAPTER 2 — SOMEBODY ELSE'S LAND Building the Arsenal A crew without weapons is just a camping trip. Pads El knew that better than anyone. Word travels fast in the criminal world and it didn't take long for people to notice The Rebels were back. Messages started coming in. Old faces reaching out. "Yo are you back?" "Just seen your truck, are you in the city?" The original Rebels were gone, scattered across the city and absorbed into various gangs over the years — faces from The Rooks, The Lost, The Alliance, The Waterfelons and The Empire, all once Rebels, all now living different lives. But loyalty has a long memory. Pads reached out, called in old debts and reminded people of where they came from. One by one those old connections came through, quietly and without fanfare. Gun deals were made, the arsenal grew, and The Rebels had the means to protect themselves. Not much, but enough to get started. It seemed the name Rebels still carried some weight in this town. The Lost's Land It didn't take long to realise that Blaine County was not as open as it looked. Most of the Southern parts of Blaine County including Sandy Shores, Grapeseed, Harmony and everything surrounding Rebel Radio all belonged to The Lost. Every road, every patch of dirt, every building including Rebel Radio. The Rebels had made camp on someone else's land without even knowing it. An Unwelcome Introduction Pads approached The Lost the only way he knew how, straight and honest. He introduced The Rebels as a local camping crew, looking for nothing more than a patch of ground to pitch their tents. No guns, no drugs, no interference with Lost business. The Lost were distant. Another crew on their turf was another problem they didn't need. Desha Sparrow, Lost President, and Earl, Sergeant at Arms, made that much clear from the start. Pads pushed. Could The Rebels pay rent for a corner of the land? No. Could they operate as a supporting club under The Lost banner? No. Every door that opened was closed just as quickly. Desha Sparrow had one suggestion — Paleto Bay. The Lost would offer assistance getting The Rebels established up north, but Sandy Shores was not up for discussion. The Road North Outmanned, outgunned and out of options, The Rebels had no choice but to move. They packed up camp and began heading north, scouting the territories and landscape that Paleto and the surrounding land had to offer. It wasn't what they wanted. But Pads said nothing as he rode out. He didn't need to. Every Rebel knew the same thing without it being said. One day they would return to Rebel Radio. One way or another. ReneBerg Posted June 11 Report Posted June 11 Spoiler Elio Luca is a simple man who came to Los Santos chasing justice and women. Born and raised in the Netherlands, Elio comes from a mixed family. His father is Italian, his mother Dutch, and he grew up alongside his two younger brothers. From a young age, Elio was taught the importance of hard work, loyalty, and standing up for what he believed was right. In 2022, he flew to Los Santos in search of new opportunities and a purpose in life. Upon arriving, he took his first job as a farmer. He farmed, and he farmed, oh, he farmed a lot. Farming was hard work, and the pay was not great. Looking for a better opportunity, Elio applied for a position at Bayview and became a mechanic. He enjoyed the job, but his true goal was always to work in law enforcement. After spending six months as a mechanic, Elio applied to become a Special Agent with the Government. The application was submitted, and everything seemed to be going well. However, before he could move forward, the Sheriff's Department caught him speeding and issued him a demerit. With a single mistake, Elio watched his dream of becoming a government agent slip away. That moment changed the way Elio viewed the city. He still believed in justice, but he no longer believed that justice could be found within the Police Department, Sheriff's Department, or Government. In his eyes, the very institutions that were supposed to protect the people had become corrupted by power and bureaucracy. Determined to fight against that corruption, Elio chose a different path. Rather than joining law enforcement, he began associating with criminal organizations, believing that change could only come from outside the system. To many, he became just another criminal. To Elio, however, he was still pursuing the same goal he had arrived in Los Santos with: justice, just by different means. He is now an outlaw who no longer obeys the city's rules. There is only one person he answers to: his gang leader. Feared by some and respected by others, Elio has fully embraced the life he once swore he would never live. Armed with his shotgun, revolver, and trusted truck, he rides through Los Santos believing he is unstoppable. In his mind, he is invincible, a man who takes what he wants, answers to no authority, and follows only the code of his gang. 4 1 Quote
ReneBerg Posted June 14 Report Posted June 14 (edited) Spoiler CHAPTER 3 — GOOD FAITH The Find Elio Luca had only been with The Rebels for a week but was already making his presence felt. While cruising the county he stumbled across a toolbox — the kind used for chopping vehicles. Useful. He brought it back to camp and mentioned it to Pads. The two were pleased with the find and thought nothing more of it. A Familiar Story Later that day Elio crossed paths with August Hurst, leader of The Waterfelons. August mentioned that someone had broken into their garage and stolen their toolbox. Elio said nothing in the moment but the pieces were already falling into place. He had a feeling he knew exactly where that toolbox was. Elio's Call He went back to Pads and laid it out. The toolbox almost certainly belonged to The Waterfelons. But more than that, Elio saw an opportunity. He knew The Waterfelons — had history with many of them from times past — and felt strongly that returning the toolbox was the right move. Not just the honest thing to do, but a chance to build something. A foundation for a relationship between two crews that could benefit both down the line. Pads listened and agreed without hesitation. That was the Rebel way. Pink Cage Elio, Pads and Alan Hope drove out to confirm the location before making their move. It was the right place. They headed to Pink Cage and returned the toolbox to The Waterfelons, no strings attached, no favours asked. Just one crew doing right by another. It was a small gesture. But in this city, small gestures have a way of meaning a great deal. Edited June 15 by ReneBerg Made a mistake and fixed it. 2 1 Quote
padpilot Posted June 16 Author Report Posted June 16 Spoiler CHAPTER 4 — BUSINESS IS BUSINESS Noticed The Rebels had been recruiting hard and the results were showing. More faces around the fire, more boots on the ground, more presence across Blaine County. It hadn't gone unnoticed. Los Locos, a local gang with their own operation to run, had been watching the Rebels grow and liked what they saw. The Offer Los Locos came with a proposition. They had local connections to satisfy and needed help moving packed cash at premium rates. If The Rebels could help them meet that demand, the rates on offer would make it worth their while. It was the kind of offer that didn't need much deliberation. The Work The Rebels set out across town without hesitation. Stores hit, ATMs targeted — working every angle they knew to get their hands on packed cash. Low level work done quickly and efficiently by a crew that had been doing exactly this since day one. One by one the jobs got done and the packed cash accumulated. It didn't take long before The Rebels had everything Los Locos needed. The Deal They headded back and finalised the transaction. Clean, professional and mutually beneficial. Los Locos got there packed cash, The Rebels got their cut at premium rates, and both crews left the table knowing the relationship between them was stronger for it. In this city, good business is the foundation of everything. 1 2 Quote
