I want to say that i was in similar situations with some cops that skiped the rp. Sometimes they are just aresting you without proper evidence because some of them can't RP, so instead picking fingerprints for evidence they are placing you with charges for things found on the groud that were't scaned for your prints.
It is so sad this happens sometime. Yesterday a cop was fishing warants, me and my friends were in front of the Hospital and for no reason at all a cop showed up and starting to ask about our identities.
