TheSnipe Posted 5 hours ago Report Posted 5 hours ago Character or Account name(s): Alex_Schill Admin who issued the decision: Carl Vespucci, Pumpkin Date of decision: 21/MAY/2026 Decision received: Player report concluded Reason given for decision: With the conclusion of this report, this report was compiled of numerous events and history that was out of range of the time set to make a report. Evidence cannot be older than 48 hours. After our deliberation we found there to be no rule breaks proven from the evidence provided. It appears as if the reporting party, although maybe troublesome ICLY to the Faction - Has not to cross the line of any rule breaks from any of the evidence submitted. In the future, I suggest to the reporting party, submit a rule break report within the 48 hour period, this will help make sure each issue is addressed when it needs to be, before it becomes a issue that adds on, creating more tension. Your explanation of what happened: I understand that the rule break must occur within 48 hours. That said, the report was based on the continued occurrence of NRP-style events that recur so regularly and without merit, which is hampering the morale of the faction's members and me. The playstyle of harassing and shooting medics has no basis in their character's foundation or any escalation, as they admit in the report, yet it is just to get a rise out of others. This constitutes not only DM but the same events of getting OOC attention to be arrested repeatedly for the same reasons. Finally, as the player has an alt in MD, and repeatedly targets medics, on and off duty, claiming they once had a "negative interaction" yet being arrested by PD and GSB multiple times, but having no beef being tased repeatedly, hit, and given a fair amount of IC "shit talk" they could use, they continue to hang around MD's ambulance bay or clock in area. Overall, I'd like to point out that this playstyle, of violating an IC trespass order only to come back multiple times without a reason to violate it again and again, caught IC every time, or to then come and shoot at medics, is such poor RP that I do not understand how it goes without any disciplinary action. The player knows they will only get a few charges and a quick stay in jail, and will be arrested every time, so it feels like they are ruleplaying, knowing that nothing further IC can be done, as we are a legal faction and cannot do anything further or retaliate. Not to mention their lack of IC motivation, they know the repercussions are more for their entertainment than anyone else's, as IRL the charges would be extremely serious when continuously violating such an order. Yes, some footage was over 48 hours old; it builds a story of continual NRP and non-realistic actions, and DM, admitted by the player without escalation. Why should your appeal be accepted?: I have more fresh evidence: the same character was seen hanging around Upper Pillbox, which continues to show the same poor RP described above. They somehow heard a conversation between Alex_Schill (me) and Remmi_Raccoon through the walls. They continued to attempt to talk with us through the walls, and we ignored this NRP action. It wasn't until they started shouting through the outside window that action was taken ICly to arrest them, as they were, as always, trespassing for no valid IC reason. This continues the story of the actions that make no sense, IC, have no escalation, and are there only to annoy other players. I sincerely apologize in advance for saying to save POV in /b, as I should have sent a more detailed PM right to the player. I do believe, however, that the continued /b arguments were not necessary. These continued altercations have not only affected my want to properly RP on shift, but also many other MD members. Those who wish to speak up or need more information are included in my previous report. Carl Vespucci Posted 4 hours ago Report Posted 4 hours ago Hello! Thank you for your appeal! You stated you have new fresh evidence of a rule break. I would suggest making a seperate player report as this form is for appealing the decision made off the evidence you provided in the initial report! Other than that, I have nothing to add on my end!
