Trevor Zelias Posted February 9 Report Posted February 9 (edited) Mining update and gems So after reaching level 60 mining as the first one I have some input after mining some gems and all. So it takes 100+ seconds to mine one garnet and emerald and such not sure about the higher tier gems and gem cutting "perfect i guess?" It takes way TOOOO LONNGG to mine the gems, i think it should be reduced by 50% and the EXP you get from one is 21 - Garnet 23 - Emerald it is really low for the amount of time you need to get them. Increasing EXP and lowering the timer for them would be really good I think. Also panning is easier to get them currently and gives MORE XP then getting to 60 and mining them urself. DONT NEED TO NERF PANNING as it is the first way to get to level 5 for even be able to do rest of content. Just need buff the XP for mining them and it is only 1 gem in the ore. So I think maybe having 20-30 more xp for mining it will balance that out? **UPDATED THOUGHT** So I think lowering it by maybe 10-20 seconds on all ores will be a fine thing not 50% as I said in previous text up there, But I can recommend adding a extra crystal at the place where one is and maybe adding 1-2 more diamonds and/OR Rubies. I think right now it is a bit too low on those ones might not be? idk? ------------------------------ Yes taking in consideration at level 100 you get 50% and all. it still would not hurt to lower it a bit and the other stuff. Where is Bauxite for making aluminum not sure if they are not placed or just bugged or what is happening I have found them in DOC but not outside checking all places and tried finding all rocks not a single one yet. Maybe they are hidden? **UPDATE** did not find yet either so pretty sure they are not placed down. Coal Problems, we need some more coal placed down at different places as it is the main thing to get The "Main mine". Add more coal, iron and all the other stuff that is needed to be in there. As there is only 6-8 coal ores and 12 iron. And everyone likes to go there and get them and it is not enough for a population of 150+ players at night with the spawn rate. There is quite a BIIGG part of the mine that has 0 ores added there and should be used in the deeper mine. **Update** Still think this is needed with coal as currently mining is hard with everyone. Add maybe some mining at Cayo for some coal or basic ores. Or maybe have hidden ores around the map that is like "extra diamond ore" or something that gives you a bit more of them. And/or spread them out a bit at ALL places around the mining places Coal mine? Maybe adding that as it is the most needed ore right now and adding it would be amazing. ANDDD FURNACES Add more of them or that you can buy them and places them at your house as 6 is not enough as one Eletroicoiteotn ore takes 157 seconds to make. FURNACES STILL IS NEEDED TO BE A HOUSE FURNITURE / OUTSIDE / GENERAL STORE BUY LIKE STOVES. WOULD MAKE IT GOOD.
