Points of Interest

Increase the limit of points of interest or remove the limit altogether. It shouldn't affect the performance of other players so there's no need for a limit I feel like.

Also please change the icon picking list from a "list" to an ID system. or both. it gets so laggy not even half way down the list.

Could use the RageMP blips list.
