Fix gun jamming

Jamming changes are needed, i understand the changes for balance, but having a gun jam and my legs decide to not work makes no sense and just puts me in situations of a free death.

easy fix remove jam till fix is implemented. 

change the way jam is handled by the anim remove the script and have it be a manual fix

I posted about it, gun repair doesn't work properly, and jamming is broken.

Gun jamming needs to be removed IMO.

Just fixing it would be good, Gun jamming is a good thing. but never had it misfire as it says it can? but ye durability and all need to be fixed and just something.
