/pbelt & /ib not doing the correct gear/function

Issue/bug you are reporting: /pbelt not working away from the locker, aswell as /ib not showing the correct Badge. 

Expected behavior:  /pbelt to be able to take off the belt anywhere and place the belt back on near or anywhere. 

Evidence (MUST provide either UNEDITED photo or video) , notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Do /pbelt at a station the belt shows

/pbelt isn't supposed to be a command anymore. they just forgot to remove it. was the same as /phat

all it does is remove your undershirt. and if you use it twice it gives a faction specific undershirt.

I would like /pbelt to stay, use for a few outfits. Would like the belt changed to the current belt used in PD but oh well

To add to this, the /ib and /pbelt for females is set to the wrong clothing. The /ib gives you the clothing parachute and /pbelt gives you the bikini undershirt.
