Add more exterior furniture limit

Hey, as we all know placing furnitures like walls, doors etc we have a limit of 30. Thats not much when we want to make a shed outside and have more things in there. If its above 30 it would be better, with experience the amount of things i want outside i cant accomplish because of the limit, please do soemthing about this.

The problem with placing large amounts of furniture outdoors is that it requires other players in that area having to load in all of those individuals furniture items and will begin to impact people's game performance. The reason its restricted to 30 now is so that we don't have too much furniture being placed down all in one area that would not only potentially make player's games lag, but also to keep builds realistic and uncluttered.

It was way higher, but it was lowered to 30 over time as the devs got to experience how they affected the server. i want more as well. sadly, right now. its at a good spot. where you won't freeze for driving past a few houses.
