Güffy's is an Event hosting company focused on- -reviving and keeping the Car scene alive on the server. Originally established in 2018 as "Güffy's Underground". It was originally intended to be a Non-Government Mechanic shop where everything- -was paid out of pocket, but this idea was scrapped as it was meeting some walls along the way that would take too much effort without a guarantee that it would be accepted in the future. It evolved into a Towing company as Güffy's owned a Flatbed and tow truck from the start. Sadly, due to a lack of interest from the community, the project was put on hold. Now back for a third attempt, Güffy's is back and with way more interest. We're giving it a strong push.

 

 

GOALS

The goal with Güffy's is to be the number 1 Car Scene event company in San Andreas. Offering both the Legal and Illegal side of the law access to a proper Car scene.

 

OOC Rules

Must know the basics of RP, such as /me's, /do's and the consept of IC/OOC.

Must have a genuine interest in the car scene.

Cannot be Toxic in any way. Must react realistically to Vehicle accidents.

* Do not use the Flatbed/Towtruck to assist with illegal Activity.*

IC Rules

Employees cannot use the Flatbed/Towtruck without proper training.

Avoid attracting negative attention from local Law Enforcement during events.

Do not damage the event goer's vehicle for any reason. Have a Basic understanding of how a vehicle works.

With Güffy's having recently come back, they wanted to try their luck with hosting Themed car shows. Giving people with unique cars a higher chance of winning. and giving them their time to shine in a city full of supercars and 1 of 1's. They ended on Muscle cars as they knew that there were a bunch of cool and unique-looking muscle cars in the city. The only problem they had was that they didn't feel that this included the community enough. So they went out to the street, asking around. In the end, Güffy's found out that there was a group in the city called Los Locos, who were known for owning and driving muscle cars, making them a perfect fit for this event. Güffy's went out and located the Locos at their "Barrio" where she carefully approached and got in contact with one of the Locos named Virgil. After showing Virgil the location and pitching the idea to him, he agreed to support the car show by having his guys be Judges.

After the first event had been a success, Güffy's went out planning their next event, but couldn't think of anything. After earning enough money to afford another event, Güffy started planning another event, but couldn't think of anyone to co-host it with. Güffy always aims to co-host events with other members of the community to be more inclusive and bring the community together.
One day, when relaxing by Benny's Chase Vincero rolled by Güffy and started up a conversation. They found out that both of them wanted to host vehicle events. So Güffy invited Chase to have Rooks co-host the next event.

After several days of searching, Güffy was finally able to get in touch with OTF. She had managed to get in touch with someone the day prior and had passed on the message to them that Güffy's was trying to reach them. Finally, the day after. She had 2 new messages pending on her phone. They met up and began planning.

Güffy's was Originally Established on the 24th of September, 2018. Güffy, also known as Inori Komatsu, had from very early on been a part of the City's Racing and mechanic community. She worked at the OG Bayview by the Airport as the owner's Right hand. With a custom rank "Assistant" it was during this time she met someone who went by the name Blu. Who introduced her to the racing and car-meet scene.

She spent a lot of money building her car for racing and showing off at car meets. After racing for a few months, but never telling people who she was, she was given the nickname "Güffy" as she was always wearing Güffy-branded clothes. Güffy quickly adopted the nickname and shortly after marked her car with custom plates stating who the car belongs to, "GUFFYS"

After rocking the nickname for a while. Güffy finally decided that she wanted to start a 2 Fast 2 Furious-style shop. Ran by the Locals and not the government. From that day forward. on the day of 24/SEP/2018. Güffy's started building. slowly, but surly.

After grinding and making connections for several years, Güffy, on 12th of January 2021, was finally able to obtain a mechanic shop. that she could finally call hers. and promptly named it and the company "Güffy's Garage"

Güffy met up with OTF and started planning a Low Rider event, as she knew there was a bunch of Low Riders in the city, but never anyone who used them. During Güffy's old Car meets at Güffy's Garage she had seen quite a lot of Low Riders show up. Sadly, most of the Low Riders in the city did not show up to the event. There was, however, a good attendance of people at the event.
Güffy, OTF, Rooks and Locos then got started on planning a 4th event.

After hosting a few events, Güffy finally hit a solid wall and wasn't able to keep hosting events, since Güffy was financing them out of pocket. All the events cost the company a lot of money. Money that Güffy was now out of.

While at the bank, paying the last event winner their prize, she met Lewis Langley. She knew that Lewis Langley also hosted events and would be aware of how expensive things could be in this field. She approached him and asked if he would be able to help give financial assistance, as she didn't want to force heavy fees upon their event attendees. Lewis agreed that this is an expensive area to work in and was open to possibly helping finance future events.

He requested an email from Güffy laying out ideas and a plan for the funding. Güffy went to the office and wrote up an email right away. Hoping that this would solve the biggest problem that Güffy's was facing.

After waiting for SAGOV's Property Division to reach out for almost a month. Güffy decided to go and speak with SADOC as well. and try and evolve the car show plans as they didn't have a time set in stone anymore. and have time to make improvements. SADOC was more than happy to join in on this event and immediately jumped on board. Later that day, Güffy met one of the SAGOV employees she had been in touch with earlier and managed to get the request set to top priority.

After getting a foothold in the business and finally getting their name out there,

Güffy's decided it's time to try and get some third-party partners to help keep business flowing more easily. They approached Benny's with an offer, and a contract was shortly written up and signed by both parties. This contract is made with positive perks for both sides in mind. giving a financial benefit to both parties involved.

 

With the contract signed,

they both prepare to find a way to get this new partnership to work as flawlessly as possible.

One day, Güffys were relaxing at their Garage, having a chat and watching some videos on the TV when Carter from Redline rolled up. He swung by to inform them that Redline was conducting testing on vehicles to establish a baseline for how quickly groups of cars can complete a certain track. Güffys showed immediate interest in this and rushed down to Legion to get some different vehicles they hadn't already timed.

After a few test runs, they went to Canyon, where they all sat and relaxed watching some TV before running some laps, then heading to a new location. Güffys and Redline went to several different locations around the state, Güffys showing Redline some OG and forgotten tracks that no one had run in years. At the end of the night, they all decided to end the night by getting some photos of their cars to remember the night. While getting some photos at Güffy's Underground, SD rolled up and joined in.

Today, the 24th of September, 2025. Güffy's turn 7 years old. Originally named Güffy's Underground, and represented by a Drift Tampa. Güffy's was created during a time when Car groups were simply groups of friends who met up to do some racing and chill. There were no Organizations built for the purpose of tending to Car guys/girls. 
I (Inori) worked at Bayview at the time of creating Güffy's. and wanted to branch off from a government-run mechanic shop. to a "your local mechanic shop" type business. where laws, rules, and threats of cuts in funding wouldn't be slapped in your face for supporting the wrong crowd. 
Güffy's Underground was originally intended to be run out of the mechanic shop property on Route 68. Where a woman named Stephanie Huth owned the connected gas station. giving us access to the garage. After a while, it turned out that the city wasn't interested in approving or supporting such a project. And Güffy's was placed on ice. A few years later. After reaching the top of SAGOV. The time to obtain a mechanic shop property had finally arrived. And Inori AKA Güffy shot their shot and was granted a mechanic shop property at Elgin Ave. 3 with huge help from Lewis Langley.

Güffy's met a bunch of walls along the way. ranging from issues with SAGOV to issues with LSC. It was during this time that the LSPD noticed Güffy's Efforts and arranged a collaboration on an event.

Now, 7 years later. Güffy's has finally managed to grab hold and started to grow. Slowly but surely, and hopefully this time it won't end as another failed project. Only time will tell

One day, one of the club members, Joseph Takahashi, was out driving his Turismo classic. He had been having a rough day, so he pushed the car to its limit. Eventually, the speed of the car plus its light weight caught up to him, and he and himself were sent off the side of a bridge. falling several meters down and hitting the ground with a brutal impact. An ambulance was called, and Joseph was rescued, but the car was left completely wrecked. Eventually, Güffy's towed the vehicle to the Güffy's Garage property and looked over the damage. Güffy's reached out to Mors Mutual for replacement parts or to have the vehicle rebuilt. But Mors had bad news. The Turismo Classic was too rare a vehicle, and they did not have all the required parts to rebuild the vehicle. Güffy's reached out to Gareth from Benny's, who was more than happy to help out. Gareth used Benny's contacts and was able to order the new parts from abroad. After a week of waiting, Gareth was given a call that a container at the Terminal had arrived and was waiting for him to come sign off on it and collect it. Gareth shortly after contacted Güffy's who came to inspect the load and then guide the truck over to the Garage, where they started rebuilding the car.

After slowly growing in numbers and getting their reputation out there, Legal Services one day reached out, letting Güffy's know that they've decided to support the car club with some government-supplied vehicles and clothing. Güffy's was very grateful for this news and requested Elegy Retro Customs and Everon RS's. Most of Güffy's members already owned an Elegy and were very well trained in driving them, but there were some people out in the city who were interested in joining Güffy's, but didn't have the money or time to get a JDM vehicle that could compete. It was for this reason alone that Güffy's decided to request Elegy's to its fleet. Giving more people in the city the ability to take part in the JDM Car scene.

One day, Lewis Langley reached out to Inori Komatsu. he had some worries about a dogtag necklace that someone had been wearing, worried it was a hidden microphone or camera. He had Inori get rid of it at any means possible.
Inori wasn't sure whether there was anything inside, so she decided to fry it in case there was.
She came to the conclusion that a microwave would fry all the electronics within it. If there was some.

To her horror. There was nothing inside it. And the necklace was just pure silver. And the Microwave shortly caught fire, and with all the oil spill in the garage. The fire quickly overtook her and the property, and the FD had to come and recover the situation.

One day, Inori was reached out to at Benny's by an SVR colored supercar. The masked man came up with an offer. He wanted to set up a race between the racing groups of San Andreas. He wanted a fast, yet simple race with vehicles such as Elegy's.
He said that he had been thinking about this for a little bit and was wondering if Inori was down for a 100k per group bet, where the winner walks away with the total money paid.
Inori said that she was more than down for this. And proceeded to reach out to the rest of Güffy's wanting to time their racers to find the best racers. The next day, they got up and drove out, and started timing their races.

Finally, after months of wanting to host a rally, one day, Inori decided they had delayed it long enough. Güffy's had repeatedly attempted to contact a third-party media company related to the government, but after being informed that they wouldn't be able to assist, they decided to handle it themselves and finally set a date and time for their plans. With this, sadly, came the issue of preparation being a bit rushed, but the event went well regardless, except for a hiccup when some masked individuals showed up to the event with suppressed pistols and shot and killed one of the attendees. The event was put on hold while Güffy's let LSEMS and LSPD process the murder scene.

Güffy's had been to a few other races over the years and noticed that one big issue with all of them is the lack of interaction and excitement during races, as there is no way for the staff or guests to keep up with the race itself. Güffy's fixed this by streaming the race live from a helicopter following the cars. The feed of the camera was sent live directly to 2 TVs at the event location.

After having built up a close connection with Lewis Langley and O.O.T, Inori spent most of her time working security for Lewis. 
This ended up leading to helping Lewis with things here and there. some on and under the table.
One day, Lester of GSB was kidnapped and attacked. And Lewis, having been known for being "shady" was instantly blamed for it. And everyone close to Lewis was struck down with him.

As a result of this. Güffy's and Benny's were struck down, and Güffy's lost all its Legal Services assets.

As a response to this. Güffy's hosted a car meet named "Back to the basics" as a sort of a Protest for having Legal Services take away their resources.

After getting all their assets back from Legal Services, Güffy's went back to their normal shenanigans. Güffy's had created a few race tracks that the city had made "public", and being OG racers, they wanted to try to get the Elegy Retro Custom into the top 5 of each track that Güffy's had made.

They spent hours pushing their cars to their limit, almost wrecking several times. In the end, they had to call it off and head back to the Shop to fix up the car,s as they were starting to break down from all the spins outs.
