instead of doing all that work nerfing supercars from 240 to 230, give LSPD a plane that goes faster than a heli.
this way everyone is excited, the cops are happy and the crims are unbothered.
less development work and everyone is happy.

i find it so strange how a lot of people in the community always aim down on eachother.
GET CREATIVE. Instead of always complaining.

also i dont think its a very populair thing to do when people spend real life money on cars that later on can get nerfed.
faster is always appreciated, but nerfing? thats going to get wild coming from people.

long story short. with the way rendering works and how quick a car can turn compared a plane. this will be worse then a heli. and its not even close

Supercars, or vehicles in general, have not been "nerfed" to reduce their speed to 230. No need for this suggestion, which won't ever happen anyway.
