<WEAPONS>

Dark Army get the bulk of their equipment and armory built and shipped in from mainland China, Iran and Russia. Their main weapon of choice for most situations is the Bullpup Rifle. Because of it's compact size and maneuverability it's perfect for CQC and getting in and out of vehicles without sacrificing range because of it's full barrel length.

The ability to drive-by gives the aggressors the quickest form of exit, therefor it's a form of engagement favored by Dark Army. Their weapon of choice during these operations is the Tactical SMG. Because of it's short barrel and fast rate of fire it has great maneuverability inside of vehicles and does it's job devastatingly well during close quarter drive-bys.

When able, silencers will be used at all times as to reduce attention from law enforcement. Allowing them to perform their hits and executions in silent, then disappearing without detection. 

Other forms of attack will require very different weapons, Radio Jammers and Zero Days. These will be used very frequently to further enable Dark Army to commit their ruthless acts of calculated aggression while remaining unseen and unheard in a haze of confusion and chaos.

<VEHICLES> Dark Army's vehicles will normally be black or dark, they will avoid vivid or striking colours for obvious reasons. Because the collective is mostly made up of Nepo babies, scammers and long time criminals, they will often be seen driving exotic foreign cars such as Niobe, Comet Retro custom, Itali GTO. Though some learn more into their Asian heritage with equally expensive vehicles such as the Hakuchou Drag, Banshee GTS and Shinobi.

<LOCATION> Dark Army's main base of operations will likely be an abandoned arcade. They will siphon electricity and internet from nearby businesses so they can operate in the shadows. They will rarely 'show presence' publicly as attention isn't something they want. You shouldn't look for Dark Army, if they want to talk they will find you.

Operation Pharmageddon.ph 

Part 1

 

The seed of this operation first began from when Kon used to use adderall to stay up late nights coding while in university, it helped him stay focused and work long hours. It helped him learn fast and consistently, though he became dependent on it, weight loss and insomnia being the main issues. Eventually becoming a hindrance rather than a thing that helped him. 

 

Los Santos has its own drug problem, there is a shit load of it. About six months ago while watching some old WW2 documentaries, he was intrigued with how The Wehrmacht (German army) was widely issued Pervitin (a methamphetamine) to enhance alertness and endurance. And ideas started flooding his mind ‘people already use weed to help deal with stress, but there are so many others that people use only for monetary gain’.

 

Kon quickly began experimenting with some of the other drugs floating around the city as he and his friends fought rival groups, after some very bad experiences with a number of them. He settled on Crack and Heroin being his goto combat stimulants, the main issue being the after effects of the crack, and the initial drowsiness of the Heroin. 

 

Kon found that Methadone helped massively with the withdrawals, but was heavily regulated and hard to come by in the city. Kon began to formulate a plan and went out to do some reconnaissance.

Part 2

 

‘ThriftEX’ is all they had to go off, “let’s get to researching” said [REDACTED].

After some simple clearnet searches, ‘ThriftEX’ was an electronic company that appears to be a manufacturer of electronics, It produces a wide range of products including refrigerator’s, coffee machine’s, washing machine’s and alarm system’s.

 

While one of them drove, the other continued looking on his phone for more information on the exact model of the alarm system. [REDACTED] was driving through the docks when the car came to a slow roll before stopping completely. With a smirk, the driver poked the other's arm and pointed ahead of them. A blue shipping container with the huge ‘ThiftEX’ logo plastered on the side of it.

 

[REDACTED]: “If there’s any of these alarm systems in there, maybe we can reverse engineer it and find out its flaws, gotta find a way inside though, it’s bolted shut.”

 

They both make their way to the hardware store and begin packing their cart with a couple of things, an Oxy Cutter, Welding Goggles, Packing Tape and a Crowbar. He makes his way to the register and pays in cash before walking out and packing the trunk of their car.

 

Once they get back to the shipping container, [REDACTED] sets up the oxy cutter and sets it beside the container along with the crowbar. The other gets to work after sliding on his welding goggles, cutting away at the padlocks. After the padlocks are cut through they fall to the floor before he pries open the doors.

 

Inside they find a bunch of boxes, [REDACTED] begins slicing the packing tape on a few of the boxes. He’d find some coffee machines in the first, keycard locks in the second, “bingo!”, the exact model of the alarm system they were looking for. He hands over an alarm system along with one of the keycard locks to [REDACTED] and he places them into his duffle bag. While placing the bag back into the trunk, the other uses the packing tape to reseal the boxes before closing the container doors.

 

[REDACTED] begins un-assembling the oxy cutter before throwing it over the edge of the docks and into the water piece by piece.

 

They both make their way to the meeting spot and hand over the bag to [REDACTED].
