Make impound release automatic // Not require an LEO's presence

• Who is the suggestion for?
  Everyone, criminals more than others as they get the bad end of the stick for the most part

• Why is the suggestion being made?
  The impound system brings no good RP opportunities for either LEO or Crim/Civ. For the most part LEOs only go there if they have nothing else to do, and even then they might not do so. For Civs it feels in no way fulfilling to stand afk for a long time just hoping that an LEO will show up. Also doesn't help that theres no indication that an LEO member is online, let alone seen the impound message.

• What are the pros and/or cons of the suggestion?
  Pros:
  - People won't have to wait for minutes if not hours, and on some occasion days (which is what prompted me to make this suggestion) to receive minimal Roleplay and a general bad experience.
  - Will give LEO's more focused RP opportunities elsewhere
  
  Cons:
  - You wont get the once in a lifetime Roleplay encounter between the greatest LEO and Civ character this server has ever seen, that can somehow make the impound release RP into something enjoyable.

• How should the suggestion be implemented?
  A way to get your car out of the impound without having an LEO present. If you really want the LEO interaction there, at least make the LEO's able to toggle this automatic release so that if they are unable to go there in the moment they can then let the Civs get their cars out by themselves.

i would have to agree, as impound is ignored and viewed as not important to leos.

+1 If we implemented a setting where after 3 rings of the bell, the process gets done automatically. That way it gives LEO the chance to engage with you, even if there's an active situation going (waiting 10 mins wouldn't be the end of the world).

+1 every time ive tried to get something from impund the shortest time ive waited was 45 min. The counter is always oh but you crims get to have a positive rp with the LEO which is just "license? Here's your car have a good day". 45 min waits isn't worth a single sentence. I have longer and more impactful positive LEO interaction sitting on the side of the road or at a mechanic shop.

They should alow mechanics to do the job.
