Nothing massive BUT. If we made it so that everything in the furniture stores' "Jewelry" tab sells to the pawn shop for 100% value instead of 60% This would allow people to establish physical stashes for assets.

If someone has debt? Pay them in 2 gold bars and let them go to the pawn shop.
