I would love to see the guns or health re worked, simply by the means of making  a gun more scary. examples I could give would be head shots being realistic  making all players bullet sponges confuses me till this day, If someone is shot in the head they should be dead/downed this would make people less "lets go fight" because my glock could headshot you against a your ak it doesnt have this "IM RICH SO MY GUNS GOING TO RUIN YOU FASTER"  ADDITIONALY  it stops the idea of "i can take this many bullets before i go down i can fight this " yes ofc we are here to roleplay and you should fear a gun but in the same sentence i would love for the gun to be scary as a dude behind my screen playing a game i would like it to be a bit more convincing when i go into a gun fight im going to be at bad odds rather than "im stacked with a heavy and armour i aint worried", i understand the overall "well then body armour is pointless" but i hear a chance to sell a helmet on top of armour for extra items to add and grind for or simply a buff to health with armour on.

As much as I would like this change I think all it would do is allow people to risk substantially less when pushing labs. Why ever run an AK when a SNS pistol is a one shot. Nowadays if you scout a lab and see people with heavies and body armor you know in order to win the fight you have to bring equal or better gear along with numbers. All this will do is promote pvp as people are risking 3k instead of 40k. Also it would make the criminal economy super unbalanced.

When Rage 1.1 came out, headshots became one-shot. That lasted the beauty of (less than) 24 hours simply because it became unbearable and took away any enjoyment and/or fairness from gunfights, people were being one-tapped at the first sign of hostility, and that was it to your roleplay, regardless of armor, weaponry, or manpower. 

If you're struggling against people with better weaponry, maybe your approach is not ideal and you should consider other (less fight-prone?) ways. Handicapping a massive slice of the playerbase is not the answer.

Sticking to the weapons theme: nowadays everyone is running around with automatic rifles, and it’s no longer seen as a "prestige" item. It feels like every gang and their members are making millions and can easily afford an automatic weapon just because it's the most useful compared to others. I think it would make sense to adjust it so that a .50 pistol headshot instantly knocks a person. This would encourage more players to use it, and gangs would at least carry more realistic weapons.
