ANOTHER NEGATIVE LEOvsCRIM THREAD

Do you believe we should close all threads that are negative about LEO's in order to force people go to the Feedback section in the IC Government website?
I had this amazing idea and I dont know if i should have kept it to myself, but here it goes, lets see what you guys think!

I think open discussions are always healthy for the community to have, to share opinions openly and for a conversation to be had. Just because a thread is critical of LEOs doesn't mean they should be silenced and directed to fill in a form.

There's something more human in having an open conversation in a thread, filling in a form that appears to the reporter to go nowhere doesn't do anything for a healthy conversation.

I do agree that criticism of LEO's should go through the relevant feedback options, but silencing all threads because they have a negative opinion isn't the right thing.

I do also believe there is more that LEO factions can do to direct the community to give feedback in the relevant forms. It's clear the community doesn't feel the want to give relevant in the forms, I know in my personal experience feedback forms seem to be something you fill in, and nothing is ever heard from it ever again, apart from a potential reply in 2 months time with a copy/paste response, it's not enough to make someone feel heard. LEO factions could possibly do more to make the community feel heard here. 

BOTH conversation and critical feedback should co-exist in a world where community is so important, such as ECRP.

Criticism is how you make progress. Some people will find it toxic tho because they are on the receiving end.

I see where you’re coming from. “Bury them in paperwork” - a tactic law firms use to weaken their opposition. I doubt it will work here tho because there are no real consequences to ghosting people.

Exactly ! No matter how uncomfortable it might be being confronted with facts you dont like. Its good to have arguments to have a clear understanding of the other side, an argument is an oppertunity to understand reality better.
