trucking rewards instead of penalty's

i suggest to maybe implement a system that rewards driving speed limit,
parking straight, or even stopping in front of red light, above the original xp rewards.
this tackles the reckless driving issue simultaneously and will ease things up, reply this makes more sense,
compared to when you drive reckless with broken materials.

it be as easy, as only implementing a time limit to deliver the good, such as, when you deliver something to fast you get less points, 

this sounds way more rewarding, than compared to the penalty's 
they are heavy and feel like a real double downer, already on top of 90% of people who gave up on trucking,
we expect to lose another 15 people of like 30ish people who where consistent,
so that is really significant, 

I don't think penalty's are a good strategy to apply since it feels very much like a punishment, to slow down leveling, which it already was, 
I see your effort to increase xp but apply penalty's for repeated orders, so that's good, but I think we could take this even further, like instead of penalty's doing a bonus for switching type of delivery. that is literally the same but its just way more motivating, and feel less like a restriction on our freedom.

if any suggestions or idea's I love to hear

Current system with deliveries 10+ level have only 2 diffrent types (makes sense).. but depo for 15+ doesen't have anything with level 10 you get benson and chloting delivery.. sure but between 10 and 20 you don't get anything.. 

My souggestion would be to add boat deliveries, store deliveries similar system as currently have fuel stations.

I currently doin 20+ (yeah started late).. You have chlotes, fuel and material. And if you do 1 by 1 by 1.. you allready get 9% penalty for "try to chose diffrent cargo" with only those 3.

They could make it as simple as having 2 time limits, one would be to fast, the other to slow, lets make truck damage a thing, where as, no damage gives bonus and damage takes of points, and make some delivery's that have not been done for some time increase in xp and pay, like the drug back in the day

Like oil would be at 30 and most other at 9 so i had to be very creative to drive down 2 types of delivery, and keep one up higher to be able to expierence 0% on the delivery is wanted to do

Too add to this leveling was already slow on it without the penalties. Took me 13 hours to finally unlock lvl 10 and that was just me driving the speed limit while not taking breaks during my few hour grind sessions. The only reason people climbed besides the bugs was due to people no lifing. People have over 100 hours on trucking so yeah they will be higher level.

yeah, 47 lvl right now, and it takes some time, I don't mind it taking long, I even like grinding a bit or standing out with something, but I don't see the reason for penalty's while it could be rewards, I also hope that its just worth it in the end all the grind and we get to do something really exceptional

+1 I like the idea, and I believe part of the problem is traffic is nonexistent but we are suppose to pretend its there.

If at first everybody was trucking, now only select individuals are above level 50 and those all have been doing it all day and nothing else.
Yeah one guy reached level 100 before the week finished, but that is all he did every day the whole day.
Literally 1% of the server grinds like that.
Everybody else just suffering penalties made for 3-4 guys who did nothing but trucking every day the whole day.

Now everybody is cooling off, because it is really just the same orders over and over again. It is not bad, I like how it is, something to do while chilling, but applying penalties just is not profitable and will turn back into old trucking where basically nobody was doing it.

My point was - trucking was and still is very good for the server - it becomes more lively, and that is a good thing, especially how community just decided to hop on one frequency and talk about their day and stuff, but dont punish community with penalties, reward them for making the server more alive.
