after arriving in Los Santos The Los Locos searched high and low for a new place to "lock down" and call home, it didn't take long for them to find "Del Perro Motel" and instantly something felt right... it felt safe...

 

 

 

Swiftly we brought up as many houses as we could afford and started to make the "barrio" feel more and more like home... however there is always trouble in paradise.

After a “hang around” didn’t make the cut and was let go from the gang his intentions turned sour and revenge was wanted, said “hang around” started his own gang calling themselves “The Slider Syndicate”.

 

After a passing conversation with the “SLIDERS” their leader was heard bad mouthing the Locos and EL Doggo Himself and was even quoted as saying “its on now G”.... Carlos took that personally and him and Diddz took matters into their own hands, they tracked and slew the leader of the “SLIDERS” before war could even be thought about.

 

Shortly after the death of their “Boss” the “SLIDERS” decided to attack the “barrio” our new home, once again Carlos took that personally and kidnapped one of these “SLIDERS” telling them that this fake “war” is over and it ends here and now before more blood is spilled, the orange slider wearing man told us how the war was pointless and agreed with us that it was time for the bloodshed to end

Quiet, Cold and Calm the “barrio” sat as our new claimed home, blood had been spilled and bread broken. However the recent bloodshed had clearly caught the eye of the police as an apartment was queerly brought by a unknown man and shortly after a police department flag was erected outside as a big FUCK YOU to The Locos but that wasn’t the worse of it... a camera was rigged up for the sole purpose of watching...our...every...move.

Then you have Fernando, for what Fernando lacks in wit he makes up for in CASH, nothing makes Fernando move faster than money, Fernando came into Los Santos illegally with a fake passport and going by the name “Yako Capone” but after finally getting his papers he no longer needs to hide the fact he is the brother of CARLOS and is indeed a CHOPS

finally you’ve got Carlos the nicest of the trio but also the deadliest, with more murders to his name than zeros in Langley's bank account. quiet, polite and venomous, Carlos is the brawn of the bunch.

After reports of consistent organised “store robberies” EL Doggo Aka The Jefe was scooped up by SD’s “Gang unit” for questioning, during questioning EL Doggo was prompted and push towards confessing to the crimes but obviously EL Doggo wouldn’t crumble, regardless the sheriffs department saw fit to convict EL Doggo for 2 accounts of armed robberies.

 

During EL Doggo’s journey to the DOC the officer further questioned EL Doggo about “having a few friends” who “dress similar to him” insinuating to the Jefe that they are on to him and the LOS LOCOS, further tightening their grip around our gang and breathing down our neck

Thunder, lighting and heavy rain bellowed through the night, crippling our ears... however even with the loud rain we heard Diddz say over the radio “I’ve been robbed”, and after a short brief description The Locos rolled out with ill intentions.

 

Not long after, the THIEF was spotted, with aggression and speed, EL Doggo put his cold hard gun barrel to the mans head and forced him into Jays trunk to take away for further questioning.

 

With guns to his head all the man could do is sit and listen to the demands of the Mexicans and pray to every God that they wouldn’t hurt him

With the addition of a camera in the Barrio, a little fat man with a long grey beard and a red suit was spotted delivering sport cars to all the well behaved Mexicans, excited and eager each Loco took to the streets to hit speeds high enough to almost go back in time. hil “The Geezer” Martinez, aka the old man from Birmingham.

 

 

 

 

In his early years Phil spent a lot of time doing petty crimes in the streets of “Brum”, but mainly he was creeping into peoples homes and taking whatever he could find to keep himself fed, he became prolific in the city of Birmingham for being THE guy who could get you in any house for any reason. As his fame grew so did the interest, many eyes we’re watching Phil conduct his business including the WMP aka the west midlands police.

 

After laying low and keeping eyes off him, a crew known as “The Lynx Gang” a group of mainly British Pakistanis saw interest in the then “young” Phil, and promised to protect him from any trouble but in return they required his skills to help them.

 

As a result of helping this Lynx Crew Phil became a respected and earned member, however not everything is easy and one day Phil got a call like no other “Hey mate need your help getting in this house” *wink wink*, simple, easy & swift Phil got his boys in said house but they insisted Phil helped as they needed extra hands, reluctant Phil got his hands dirty. The house was quiet as it should be ,no one was supposed to be home, shortly after creeping upstairs Phil heard a noise coming from within the dark, nervous and paranoid one of the Lynx crew boys decided to shoot into said dark like the rookie he was, Phil couldn’t believe the amateur and what he just did Phil almost felt betrayed by how idiotic the guy could be. Phil snuck over to the dark corner to see what the noise was.... it was a little girl of 7... the home owners daughter, now an accomplice to murder, and not just any murder but the murder of a child, Phil fled the scene and decided to lay as low as he could.

 

However, the story hit national news, and after DNA evidence and CCTV footage the entire country was looking for one thing and one thing only “PHIL MARTINEZ”.

In sheer fear and confusion Phil fled England and flew to Los Santos to hopefully build a new life and live out the remaining days he had left, but the world works in weird ways and you can never escape being a criminal, and shortly after landing in Los Santos Phil caught the eye of a Gang boss known as “EL Doggo”, the leader of Los Locos, This “EL Doggo” saw what Phil could do and what he was capable of and he was instantly put to work.

 

Now in Los Santos Phil was doing more of the same, sucked into the life he tried to escape, only now he had traded Pakistanis for Mexicans. But here nobody knew his name and his past..........For Now.

Julius Enrique
“Plum”

Plum has been with the Locos since day one, and has always represented the amigos. He came with the Locos from Tijuana and has always been at the side of “EL Doggo”. Plum isn’t the most comely vato, and thus was nicknamed “Plum” for his big red rosy cheeks as they wasn’t much else to say about him other than the fact he looked like Danny Trejo if he was hit with a shovel... several times.

 

Plum Or Julius whatever you want to call him one thing was undeniable, the man was a hard working drug cooker and this was quickly noticed by “Carlos Chops” and he put Julius to work cooking drugs and killing thugs, and Julius thrived and became one of the biggest money providers for the Locos.

Diddz was spotted leaving a “gay” night club in early November by Jay Chops, Jay noticed the mans Sheer size and strength and light blubs started flickering. After a short conversation Diddz decided to join the Locos in hopes of making money and taking booties.

 The Mexicans had fallen quiet over the last month choosing to deal with strictly business and stay clear of all conflict so they could focus on money making. However sometimes people just can’t mind their own business and two low life scumbags decided to rob one of the newer Locos, Paul “Aloe” Vera. Paul spotted said scumbags in the city and radioed instantly to round up the soldiers. The two men were scooped up swiftly by Jay Chops and the rest of the Locos and they were forced into their trunks. Jay decided to take the two thieves to a secluded dirt path on a hill side and wait for the Jefe to arrive.

EL Doggo arrived on scene almost instantly and asked simply “why are you robbing my guys?”, the dumber one of the two decided to try his luck with EL Doggo and started to lie saying “your guy robbed me....” but before the man could finish what he had to say EL Doggo drew his AP Pistol and made the man look like swiss cheese, right in front of his friend... now with is friend dead beside him twitching and oozing blood the smarter one of the two had his turn to try save his own life, but before he could even try argue his case EL Doggo turned to one of his newer guys, Paul and simply stated “this is your mess, what do you want done with this one?” Paul snapped back with “i tried to help these guys and teach them a thing or two and they took advantage of my kindness and robbed me” and with that Paul placed his Pistol to the mans head and painted a message all over the dirt road for all to see.

The Locos thought it would be a good idea to House their grandparents in the hills after EARNING some SERIOUS CASH. AS TIME WENT ON THEir GRANDPARENTS WOULD VISIT FRiENDS HOUSES IN THE HILLS, THEY BECAME GREAT ASSEST FOR INFORMATION ON WHAT LIES INSIDE, A GOLD MINE INVESTMENT FROM THE LOCOS.

The Locos were bored one quiet evening, just sat around the Barrio exchanging Spanish lingo’s while Looking incredibly handsome in their checkered shirts.

They decided to play some Ranchera on Freddy’ Boombox. This sparked an idea of bringing Los Santos together with some music.

A few phone calls, loud music, low Riders and the Cha Cha Slide brought Los Santos together. It was a short time, but it was a good time.

Supply & Demand

Business meets were arranged with Waterfelons and Empire and it was clear from the start, business would run smoothly as all parties were on the same page. Romeo (Empire) & Autumn (Waterfelons) were both happy to work with the Locos, and made it very clear what was in demand

Fernando naturally took lead on all business, dealing with both organisations, The Jefe took a liking to this and made it very clear to all Locos that ‘Fernando deals with all business towards Empire & Waterfelons’

The locos got to work immediately with Cash, drugs and chops all being stock piled, packaged up and ready for Fernando to do business with. Over the past few weeks countless amounts have been delivered & Sold.

Two strong relationships have been built, this has helped the Locos get their hands on everything they’ve needed. Most importantly they made it clear when the Locos do business, they do it properly!!
