  2. Love to do that, unfortunately 911 isn't always online.
  3. Lately i've seen many people just camping at pillbox, waiting for people to bring their injured friends. As soon as they try taking out hte injured person, they just get in the car and abuse the system. Since u can not lock any car while carrying someone. Making a report about it, i get the answer there is not really a rule against it. In my opinion this kinda falls under powergaming? Since we can not lock our vehicles while carrying someone because of the script, the car stealers know this OOC. Why else wait at pillbox waiting for cars with injured players. This is starting to get out of hand. I understand u can turn the engine off, but when ur in a hurry with ur friend u just drove from sandy shores u don't think about it, since it is kinda FAILRP since there is so many CCTV's and people. Not keeping in mind if its day or night. In general, just fix this please. In any other way. Since its made for trollers to troll.

    the Wongs

In the dimly lit backroom of an old teahouse in Chinatown, the Wongs gathered around a scarred wooden table. The gang had been a legend for decades, known for their precision and ruthlessness. At the head of the table sat OG Wong, the undisputed leader, his presence commanding respect and fear. “We strike tomorrow night,” OG Wong began, his voice calm but resolute. The room fell silent, every member hanging on his words. He unrolled a large map, revealing the blueprints of the city's most secure vault. “This heist will be our biggest yet. The security is tight, but we’ve never backed down from a challenge.” Rookie, the newest member, shifted nervously. This was his first major job, and he wanted to prove himself. He listened intently as OG Wong laid out the plan with meticulous detail. “Apprentice, you handle the alarms. Warrior, you take care of the guards. Master, your expertise with the vault’s lock will be crucial. Rookie, you’re with me. We’ll handle the getaway.” Each member nodded, understanding their roles perfectly. They spent the next few hours discussing contingencies, timing, and escape routes. OG Wong emphasized the importance of precision. “We have a ten-minute window. No more, no less. If anything goes wrong, we abort. Understood?” As the meeting concluded, OG Wong looked at each member in turn. “This is more than a heist. This is our legacy. The Wongs are feared and respected for a reason. Let’s show them why.” The room buzzed with anticipation and resolve. Tomorrow, they would etch their names into the annals of criminal history once more. The Wongs were ready.

    the Wongs

Origins. The Wong family’s story began in 1824, when Lin Wong established a modest but influential trading business in Shanghai. Through careful dealings and strategic alliances, the Wongs built a small yet resilient underground network that thrived on smuggling and illicit trades. By 2024, the Wong family had transformed into a discreet but powerful crime syndicate with deep roots in both the old world and the new. To ensure their legacy endured, the family decided to send their young members to San Andreas, a city infamous for its lawlessness and opportunity. The young Wongs arrived in San Andreas under the guise of opening a small chain of mechanic shops. These shops served as fronts for their true operations: growing a modest marijuana business and running a low-profile car theft ring. The mechanics were skilled not just in fixing cars but in discreetly dismantling stolen vehicles for parts. Their shops quickly became essential stops for those in the know, and the Wongs' influence in San Andreas grew quietly but steadily. Despite the criminal undertones of their operations, the Wongs endeavored to give back to the community. They filled local vending machines, supported small businesses, and even established a mechanic shop in a rundown neighborhood. These efforts earned them a reputation as unlikely heroes, using their illicit gains to uplift the community around them.. However, as their operations expanded a lot of altercations went on, but after the rising star of the family disappeared without a trace. They all layed low, funded by sparked rumors of an internal rat or a dangerous move from a rival faction. The family, undeterred by this mysterious setback, vowed to continue their mission. They doubled their efforts in both their legitimate and illegitimate enterprises, striving to honor Lin's legacy. Yet, the air remained thick with uncertainty, and the future of the Wong dynasty hung in the balance, with Lin’s fate casting a long shadow over their heroic endeavors. What do we do and our goals. We, known as the Wongs react very calm (most of the time) and just let them calmly known who we are. We let our gang know whats going on and act accordingly to the situation. Do we kidnap? Do we shave their heads? Do we place them on top of Mount Chiliad and make them rethink their choices? Or do we just murder them in cold blood? We will talk this through and we make sure they are scared. Act like a nice guy but the grudge is still there, we will get them. As a gang, we do alot of group crimes. Chopping vehicles, getting weed, cooking opium and kidnapping fat people to feed noodles to them. Like any other gang/business we have our goals. We want to rise and become one of the big gangs in the city, be known as a nice and chill gang. Organizing events for gangs to come together in hope to reduce some beef around the city or even to just forget about the beef for 1 night. We’d want a legal business, to be known around the city. Money laundering purposes. We offer protection to businesses for free, in the hope to get contacts along the way. Along these contacts we’d hope to find a connection with the cartel, start supplying us with guns to sell around the city. We are here to enjoy our time in the city so our most important goal of all, is to have the most fun we will ever have. Ranking Structure. Rookie (新手) - Xīnshǒu These are the freshest of the fresh, not knowing what crime is, they in for a real treat. Teaching the way and having to go through the initiation to be able to be accepted by the gang. Apprentice (徒弟) - Túdì Apprentice also known as Túdi’s, they are the new guys. Still learning the dynamics of the gang. Perhaps not so wealthy as the higher-ups, yet they earned their respect by doing their initiation. Warrior (战士) - Zhànshì The Zhànshì, this the command team. Organizing crimes and leading situations. Having contacts around the city making sure they are on good terms with businesses, offering them protection for free. Master (大师) - Dàshī Dàshi, one of the highest masters in the ranking. Assuring to recruit the right people, making sure everyone sticks to the rules and doesn’t fuck around to much. Setting up regular meetings, Initiations and negotiations. OG Wong (OG 王) - OG Wáng OG Wong, becoming an OG Wong is a very, very hard part to do. So hard, it rarely ever happens. They do all the things the other ranks do, time to time they like to join a Rookie in their initiation. Most of them are the creators of the gang and know their Ancient history and follow them strictly. Rules Be nice to people around the city, act accordingly. Money focused, driven to grow and try to make contacts. Not afraid to go to jail, see it as a money making opportunity. Put money into the gang safe, we all do and we all need to. To fund our operations. OOC Rules Minimum of 5000 exp. Have a microphone and recording software. Be willing to get an OOC interview about the server rules, making sure you understand them. (We will enlighten you) Act accordingly to the RP situation and have a high standard of RP. Respect everyone for the way they are. ZERO Tolerance to OOC toxicity and/or sexual harassment.
  17. Carl Benson was a 24-year-old mechanic in the bustling city of San Andreas. Known for its never-ending hum of engines and the constant clinking of tools, Carl's garage was a microcosm of the city's industrious spirit. He was a short, chunky, lean man with grease-stained overalls and a perpetual smudge of oil on his cheek, evidence of his dedication to his craft. His clients adored him for his skillful hands and quick wit, which often made the long waits at the garage a bit more bearable. However, there was more to Carl than met the eye. Behind his easy smile and hardworking demeanor lay a complex mind grappling with a profound challenge: Carl had split personality disorder. His other personality, a Russian figure named Nikolai, was a stark contrast to Carl. Where Carl was reserved and considerate, Nikolai was bold and outspoken, always saying exactly what he thought without a hint of hesitation. Nikolai was a nice guy, though, despite his bluntness. He would often take over during moments of high stress or when Carl felt overwhelmed, navigating social situations with a straightforward honesty that some found refreshing and others, intimidating. Carl had learned to coexist with Nikolai, recognizing that this part of him, though disorienting, brought a certain balance to his life. It wasn’t uncommon for Carl to find himself in situations where Nikolai’s personality would unexpectedly emerge. For instance, one rainy afternoon, a customer complained about a delayed car repair. Carl began to stutter an apology, but suddenly his expression changed, and Nikolai took over. “Your car will be ready when it’s ready. Good work takes time,” Nikolai said, his voice carrying a faint Russian accent. The customer, taken aback, blinked in surprise but ultimately nodded, sensing the truth in Nikolai’s words. Carl’s friends and regular customers knew about his condition and accepted it, often finding Nikolai’s bluntness endearing. They appreciated Carl’s dedication and Nikolai’s honesty, creating a unique dynamic that worked surprisingly well in the hustle and bustle of San Andreas. Outside the garage, Carl's life was relatively quiet. He spent evenings reading books about mechanics and engineering, always eager to improve his skills. Nikolai, on the other hand, pushed him to socialize more, often dragging Carl to local bars where he would engage in spirited conversations with strangers, making friends effortlessly with his candid nature. Despite the complexities of living with split personality disorder, Carl and Nikolai had found a way to navigate life together. They balanced each other out, creating a harmony that was as intricate and well-tuned as the engines Carl spent his days repairing. In the vibrant city of San Andreas, where everyone had their own struggles and stories, Carl Benson and his Russian alter ego, Nikolai, were just another part of the tapestry that made the city so unique.
