Quietthecutie Posted October 8, 2024 Report Posted October 8, 2024 Whist the tone of responses is regrettable, and some people could do with a touch more respect instead of making the suggestion very personal, -1. Context is king here. i wouldnt expect to see a supercar in a druglab IRL but i wouldnt expect most crims to be whipping a supercar as their daily drive IRL either. this is just one of those things that you have to accept about ECRP being a videogame, that sometimes the car variety is very meta orientated particularly in areas where they are likely to get into conflict.
Ctrl Posted October 8, 2024 Report Posted October 8, 2024 -1 my guy. Just about any dealer is gonna be in a trackhawk or Hellcat or AMG or any kind of expensive sports car with a purpose of high speed. A little dirt doesnt mean anything. Yes you should not be driving cars up steep inclines, but ive never seen this happen.
Ranger Posted October 8, 2024 Report Posted October 8, 2024 In an ideal world, no one will drive 240 km/h through city square-like areas such as Legion Square, people who are unemployed/criminals that do petty theft such as rob ATMs or General Stores won't drive cars that have an MSRP of $200,000+ IRL, people wouldn't own 15 high-end cars when they are simply employed as a mechanic, police officers won't own supercars, the list goes on. I will say that I completely understand, appreciate, and can agree with the sentiment behind this post, but simply put, we won't be implementing this as a rule at this time as we currently do not have the intention to further limit how people can use their vehicles and what locations are deemed fit for specific vehicle classes. With that being said, this will be locked & archived.
