Can't link my current Discord account to my ECRP account.

Hello, so I got this issue where my ECRP character select screen says this:

but whenever I try to link my current discord account to my ECRP account, the bot says this:

 

My past discord account that was linked to my ECRP account is deleted and I don't have access to it anymore.
Please help
