Hey @khaledaziz117!

The best way to report a player is by using /report while in-game. That way you can make it known to staff in-game something happened that you wish to have attention with. They can then look into the situation for you!

If you don't get a response or if you can't stay in-game to have a situation handled in-game, you can also submit a forum report instead. The forum report section can be found here: https://forum.eclipse-rp.net/forum/4-player-reports/
Make sure you read the pinned post in this section first, as this includes all important information and the format you should use when you submit a player report in there.

Seeing that you created this topic 6 hours ago, I would recommend looking into a forum report submission as situations this old won't usually be handled in-game anymore. Do keep in mind that evidence is required however, so if you have a screenshot and/or recording of the situation you can submit your report with these included!
If you don't have evidence, I recommend looking to some form of "replay" software. A few examples of this software are: Nvidia Shadowplay, AMD ReLive and Medal. At the end of our Guides section you can also find some community members who created a post that walks you through the steps of setting up Shadowplay and ReLive.

acutally i did it but there is no any response for at least 1 hour should i stay at the server for a month ?

This is where I would recommend following the steps to create a forum report instead. Often after around 30 minutes of having your /report up you will be recommended to do this.
