I'd like to see the ability for legal store owners, car dealerships, gas stations, convenience stores to appoint somebody the ability to order stock not withdraw money from the Treasury and be paid for it. incase someone is out of town or wants to hire someone to manage there store,

-1 purely because theres only a certain number of stores and if an owner cannot log in often enough to restock them (dosent take long) then they shouldnt ghost own them and deny others the opertunity of formally taking over simply because their friend is stocking it for  them.

Tldr monopolies kill servers.

So for this I would say, I agree with you BUT. I think that we can have it both ways. Let the owner have someone manage it who can restock it so we dont have empty stores / gas stations BUT ALSO if the owner is inactive for so long look into changing over its ownership

I could maybe see this but ultimately like i said, my gripe is this just increasing peoples hold on assets without them themselves actually being active in the city.
