Smoke1 Posted August 2, 2024 Report Posted August 2, 2024 I'd like to see the ability for legal store owners, car dealerships, gas stations, convenience stores to appoint somebody the ability to order stock not withdraw money from the Treasury and be paid for it. incase someone is out of town or wants to hire someone to manage there store, 1 Quote
Quietthecutie Posted August 10, 2024 Report Posted August 10, 2024 -1 purely because theres only a certain number of stores and if an owner cannot log in often enough to restock them (dosent take long) then they shouldnt ghost own them and deny others the opertunity of formally taking over simply because their friend is stocking it for them. Tldr monopolies kill servers. 1 Quote
Smoke1 Posted August 10, 2024 Author Report Posted August 10, 2024 issue is store owners are currently not forced to sell there stores so regardless of if we like it or not they can remain empty like fuel stations have been for weeks 1 Quote
Freyster Posted August 10, 2024 Report Posted August 10, 2024 +1 It works on gunstores, not sure why it shouldn't on other stores/gas stations. Quote

Let the owner have someone manage it who can restock it so we dont have empty stores / gas stations BUT ALSO if the owner is inactive for so long look into changing over its ownership 1 Quote

PurplePlant Posted September 23, 2024 Report Posted September 23, 2024 +1 if owner is inactive properties should be taken back just like homes. I have seen a couple loan companies that never operate and I'm genuinely wondering if they are ever going to be auctioned or what Quote
