Tautvis Posted March 19, 2019 Report Posted March 19, 2019 So my original forum account is named Sandiego but whenever I do a password reset I never get an email,but it says that it has been sent, but when I do it on this one i instantly get an email,can someone help me ?

Donovan Posted March 22, 2019 Report Posted March 22, 2019 Are you sure that you are checking the correct email associated with that forum account? And also what is the email service you are using (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc. )
