They understood that achieving this goal would require more than just brute force or intimidation—it would demand unwavering dedication, strategic planning, and a commitment to the principles of justice and integrity. Guided by their collective desire to protect their community and foster a sense of unity and empowerment among its residents, the Saints will embark on a journey to challenge the status quo and confront the root causes of the city's descent into darkness. They will soon establish themselves as a force to be reckoned with.

Principles
Souls of Urban Los Santos 

Quality Over Quality

The Souls expect those within their circle to share the same ideals and have the skills and abilities best utilized for the souls. Souls does not wish to maintain a "clapper crew" mentality but instead be seen for their integrity amongst a rag tag crew of individuals united as souls.
((The souls also look for constant and good rp over anything else as we wish to uphold the standards to the highest within the server as a respected RP Faction))

Diplomacy
Taking a neutral stance in the criminal underworld, The Souls approach networking discussions diplomatically and rationally. The Souls do not aim to create external tensions with those other than the Authorities.

Transparency
It is believed that criticism and engagement in open discussion should be encouraged as it achieves greater progress in resolving internal and external gang conflict. The Souls tend to have a no bullshit attitude and prefer to work things out rationally and with conversation when needed to avoid unnecessary conflict. This excludes Authorities as The Souls do not abide by the law and find that the PD/SD only tend to work in conflict

Taking A Stand
The Souls aim to fight whom they consider the morally corrupt. It's important that when chopping vehicles, robbing houses and such, that the ends justify the means. Souls primarily stand against authority, especially those who impose corrupt "justice" on others.

Beacon Of Light
What makes Los Santos great, is the unity in community. The Souls swear to be the protector and the guardian angels of those unable to defend themselves when they find their liberty is being obstructed.
The Souls represents the idea that together we are all united as individual souls trying to get by, they are there to assist others.

Souls Of Urban Los Santos 

Seraphim 
The Seraphim is the highest ascending rank of The Souls often appearing in mostly well dressed white attire often complimented by a white ornate skull mask. They the furthermost guided light for The Souls and give their all to maintain the integrity of The Souls, their operations and beyond.

Throne
The 2nd in command of the Souls, seen as the left and right hands of the Seraphims often taking out tasks on their own or conducting operations as a group, they work mainly with the Seraphim and are entirely entrusted to the gang when the Seraphim are not around

Virtue
A High command within The Souls primarily lead exclusive "Task Force" and mainly focus on certain gang related activities. Virtues are High Command whom act as the middle man between the ascending ranks and the descending ranks.

Dominion
The Dominion is the ascending rank from principality. In Charge of lower ranks including principality and archangel. Their job may be to maintain integrity of lower ranks and maintain information on intelligence around Los Santos.

Principality
The Principality is the successor to the Archangel and the 1st rank that proves you're a fully fledged Soul. The Principality may maintain order amongst the Archangels when needed and they take out day to day operations reporting back to the ascending ranks of The Souls when need be

Archangel 
The Archangel is the originating rank of the hierarchy where most new Souls who join the ranks begin. They may be identified by their Silver Ornate skull mask- of which they acquire by proving themselves worthy to the souls upon officially joining

Power
An alternate rank within the Souls that marks you as a dedicated fighter of The Souls prepared for any task given to them, they're willing to live a life  of glory and wont hesitate to go all in. guns blazing. They are the primary fighting force of the Souls.

SD Car Displacement

As the SOULS ended their meeting Gator and Aki came up with a plan to lock pick and hot wire the Sheriffs Department Personal vehicles. Aki went to scout out sandy’s SD while Gator gathered the resources needed for a smooth operation. The SOULS were filled in on the plan and with out question readied themselves as anything could happen. One rule was set, no GUNS and it was done. Gator and Aki also wanted to make a statement. The SD’s personal vehicles should be stored and stalled in Mission Row’s personal garage sending a message that corruption will not stand in Los Santos!

The mission went as smooth as butter, sort of. Each member chose their SD car and started lock picking while two others were on look out duty. half way through an alarm started going off with a mumble on the radio “I messed up.” Undeterred the SOULS kept their eyes on the prize. Each vehicle was successfully broken into and hot wired with every engine roaring seconds after each other. When each car was ready to go the excitement grew as they raced to mission row not knowing if they will be chased or not. One by one Sd’s personal wheels were slammed into Pd’s garage making sure the owners pockets would hurt once they found them. the SOULS would tag up the garage leaving a few messages for the corrupted.

they went home that night pleased with their team work and message sent but they all had this feeling that they wished they were chased. The SOULS new there would be other opportunities in the future. PIGS(Pd) and HOGS(Sd) have a duty to serve and protect not enforce their power and spread their corruption across the city. True justice will be served if it’s the last thing the SOULS do!

Soul Food

As the SOULS grew in numbers and made themselves known to the the city of Los Santos, A place they could call home was next on the list. SOULS acquired a small restaurant in strawberry right next to Benny’s. This would act as a legal front hiding its real intention as SOULS main Head Quarters where they could all come together and indulge in ideas for the future but also build an unbreakable bond.

The restaurant was finally named SOUL FOOD a perfect fit for the SOULS. It would be used to sell the “best” BBQ in the city at a low price amongst other beverages. helping the everyday person of los santos be able to afford high quality meet they would like to put in their mouth. A new logo was created for the restaurant, inviting all people to a tasty meal without breaking the bank. This was a great way for the members of the SOULS to build a community with local people and offer more catering options in Los Santos.

The SOULS have made it their mission to help people in a capacity that makes the city a safer and more desirable place to live. SOUL FOOD may be a an HQ for now but it is the first step in making SOULS dreams come a reality. A city that people from all walks of life call home. A city that is safe, free of corruption and offers fair opportunities for all. the SOULS would be the beacon of hope for all!

The Promotion, The Recruit and The Tattoo!

The day started with the usual SOULS weekly meeting as there were a few things to talk about and discuss anything that the members wanted to. As they gathered inside HQ masks were taken off as it was a safe place for each member. GATOR started the meeting with a promotion as JESSE SAINT has shown loyalty and dedication and would be given the responsibility of being a virtue. Start of high command within the SOULS and is a great honor to receive.

The next Person GATOR called to the front was a good friend of the SOULS. His name was Ace, Part of the Architects before and now recruited by the SOULS. GATOR and CASSIE the leaders of the SOULS handed ACE his mask and gloves while he repeated the Pledge to the SOULS. “With this mask I stand with my brothers and sisters against corruption. With these gloves I lend a helping hand to those in need. I am the light in the darkness, a beacon of hope and together we are the SOULS, the SOULS of Los Santos!” Ace was now an ARCHANGEL accepted and respected as a member of the SOULS.

After the meeting AKI KUROKAWA would bring an idea to GATOR and CASSIE. This idea would only strengthen the SOULS as it would be the beginning of a tradition that would solidify the place of loyal members within the SOULS. Aki proposed that members get a tattoo, a specific tattoo that would be hidden from plain sight so only SOULS members and Trusted Friends would know about it. This would also single out impostors trying to impersonate the SOULS as this was a problem amongst organisations in the past.

Aki explained the design “An S on the left, an L on the right with a simple skull in the middle. the left eye an O, right eye would also be closed in the shape of a U. This would say SOUL”

The three agreed with the design and headed to the tattoo parlor next to the movie theater. As GATOR, CASSIE and AKI Each took the chair of pain the tattoo would be engraved on the inside of their bottom lip. Representing the individual pain they have experienced by the corruption that is the so called legal system. Enduring through the pain together and making something beautiful and meaningful from it only strengthened their relationship.

The three then went to the rest of the SOULS members and showed what it meant to be part of the family. Each Member ranked from PRINCIPALITIES and higher would endure the pain together as they represented the people of Los Santos. They would be the SOULS of Los Santos, a beacon of hope, a light in the darkness, as your pain would be their pain.

Some Fun Under The Sun

After a well informed meeting GATOR decided to have a little fun under the sun with a few of the gang members. the mission was simple, steal a personal SD vehicle from Sandy and make it past the finish line first. the reward bragging rights and a machine pistol each. 2 Teams of 2, the first team Aki and Willy, the second team Jesse and Ronny.

CASSIE co leader of the SOULS started the race and they were off. From Mirror park they had to race to sandy sd as quick as possible avoiding the PIGS, HOGS and possible accidents to ensure the win. both teams stole vehicles successfully and then it was a race to the finish. the Fastest and luckiest team would steal the victory having to speed to the finish line that was the entrance to del perro pier. As GATOR and CASSIE waited in suspense a roaring engine could be heard in the distance and then suddenly a light blue vehicle passed the finish line. it was evident as 2 members stepped out the stolen vehicle. AKI and WILLY were the winners and proud new owners of machine pistols.

Friends Become Souls

As the SOULS of urban Los Santos expand their influence across the city so do their numbers. A focus on “quality over quantity” has always been their motto when looking and accepting new recruits in the SOULS family.

GATOR and ROBERT REAPER have been friends ever since the start of the ARCHITECTS when they were introduced by RICHIE who was the former leader. ROB would join the SOULS in different operations from time to time even receiving a domestic terrorism charge with GATOR, AKI, JESSE and RONNIE. As time went on Gator and ROB would keep in touch even though they weren't part of the same organisation and were focusing on their own goals, they would share a brotherly bond. Always bantering and joking around they still had each others backs when needed at just a phone call away.
 

GATOR new ROB would be a great asset to the SOULS and made it his mission to one day officially invite him to the gang. He would wait for the right time, encouraging other SOULS members to plant the seed in ROB’S mind to join them. As he had other obligations GATOR made sure not to push ROB to much but just enough that ROB would keep the SOULS in the back of his mind. GATOR and ROB then had a conversation about their gangs and the people they surround themselves with. both agreeing the importance of friendships, like mindedness and working towards the same goals. amongst some shit talking as always GATOR could see ROB really thinking about actually joining the SOULS.

The next day ROB called Gator and said he needed to speak to him. they met up with one of ROB’s closets friends LENNY HAZE. After one of the most random and crazy days they finally were able to sit down at SOULS HQ which was SOUL FOOD. ROB and LENNY explained to GATOR and the SOULS that they have been friends for a long time and always looked out for each other. Thus decided to leave behind their previous group as they didn’t feel it was the right fit for them and join the SOULS if welcomed. GATOR was excited as he had been waiting for this day for a little while now.
 

ROB and LENNY would be informed about the SOULS goals, ambitions and rules, introduced to a few SOULS members and welcomed by all as new recruits. Not yet official but considered one the members.
 

The next day ROB knew GATOR had been looking for a new HQ for the gang. So he showed a few places that he knew of but they were both drawn to the BOWLING ALLEY. A place not a lot of people knew of or at least not yet claimed. This would be a perfect place for the SOULS to keep a low profile and blend in with the rest of the souls of Los Santos. A front that would at first glance portray friends coming together to have a good time. This would go much deeper as meetings, illegal activities and planning would take place behind the veil of innocent everyday fun. So GATOR would call for all the SOULS to meet up and take them their, saying “Welcome to our new home.” A majority vote was in favor of the BOWLING ALLEY or as the members call it the “SOULS ALLEY!”
 

ROB and LENNY had been with the SOULS for a week and the day finally came to officially welcome them as part of the SOULS. they had proven themselves to be loyal, trustworthy and like minded individuals. So GATOR decided it was time for them to repeat the pledge to the SOULS as so many others have done before. They were given their white gloves and ornate skull masks to solidify their place within the family. ROB and LENNY were now one of the SOULS dedicated to betterment of the city and stand against corruption. To be a Light in the Darkness and a Bacon of hope for all. This is what it meant to put on your mask on and become the SOULS OF Urban Los Santos!

Disrupting SD Hogs
 

As the SOULS were chilling and staying off of pd PIGS radar in the city, Aki Kurokawa came up up with a plan. The plan was simple, Disrupt and troll SD HOGS so that civilians and innocent individuals would have a break from their power tripping harassment for a while.
 

Few of the SOULS would jump to action getting their off road cars and bikes ready for easier escape if needed. Aki and Gator made sure to have enough guns for the OP as they were needed. AKI then explained the operation, each SOULS member would have a gun and rob their assigned store in HOG territory at the same time. This would let multiple alarms go off at the same time confusing and forcing SD HOGS to respond to either one store or spread their forces to all of them. The stores would not lose any money but just be used as distractions from SD HOGS normal operations. Then once enough attention was drawn the SOULS would set up a chase with a twist. Meet up spots were also planned if they were chased as their is more safety in numbers.
 

GATOR, AKI, ACE and ROB made their way to road 68 and set up at separate stores. GATOR had a random person enter the store but quickly made it clear that this store was not so safe and the person left without question. THen a countdown was said over the radio 1, 2 ,3 and each member pulled a gun on a teller and made sure they activated the alarm. There was an intimidate response to the store ROB was at but luckily he was quick enough to escape into the mountains.
 

First attempt in disrupting the SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT was successful seeing a few HOGS respond to the different stores trying to figure out what was going on brought a smile to the SOULS. Next stop would be Grape seed and northern stores. Each member would be set up but GATOR noticed an SD Kamacho drive by and called it out on the radio that they would definitely respond quick to his store. This was all part of the plan, all eyes on the SOULS and no one else. On 3 the store robberies simultaneously went off, everyone got away and GATOR was even able to drop a few marked bills on the ground in the store before he got away. this time a lot more HOGS responded especially to GATORS store as he anticipated, perfect. SD seemed to be confused searching the area as the few bills that were stolen were left behind. They checked the CCTV on at least 2 stores but couldn't make sense on what was happening.
 

This time the SOULS would have a different plan in mind where a chase with twist would be set up. GATOR and AKI robbed a store in Paleto knowing very well an officer was close by and a chase ensued. AKI raced up towards Chiliad tunnel but the HOG chasing either crashed or was really bad at driving and took a while to catch up. Once they did, Aki sped through the tunnel HOG on her tail. As she raced through the other end ROB was set up in a Phanton semi truck and pulled forward to block off the exit, it worked! the SD HOG and any others that were following would be stuck in the tunnel. As AKI drove down the mountain there was a HOG waiting in a bush and another chase started, they were waiting.
 

A plan to do a car to bike swap was in the talks but SD were to hot on AKI’s and GATOR’s tail. AKI made her way to the city weaving in and out of traffic and eventually decided to take the train tracks. SD right behind, she tried to go down a hill back onto the road and unfortunately stalled the car. this was the end of the SOULS operation as they were held at gunpoint. An attempt by ACE to pick up GATOR and AKI didn’t go to plan as AKI would be tased. GATOR then started kicking and officer while he was distracted and a fight broke out. Another officer tased Gator and all attempts to get away were halted.
 

Even though AKI and GATOR would spend some time in prison the SOULS mission was a success. Disrupting the Sheriffs Departments daily procedures of harassing innocent individuals would be a success. The SOULS will always stand against corruption and help those in need whether they are aware or not the SOULS are here.

Straight to Work

Bella Cruz had worked with the SOULS before, when she brought GATOR and Ace chopped car parts a few weeks back. She did it to earn a bit of money while waiting for her family to join her and thrive in Los Santos. That was the plan anyway, as hours turned to days and days into weeks, it was clear that Bella’s family wasn’t invested in this new adventure like she was. She needed something else.

Bella’s phone had an unopened notification, from  GATOR. It read; “I am around now” She knew it was in reference to business, but she had nothing to deliver. She was in a tough spot and let him know her situation, signing the message off with ‘Hombre Calavera’

The meeting was brief, but informative, it ended with Gator asking Bella to consider taking up his offer to join the group, to expand their family. Bella took her time, but about an hour later, she made up her mind. She wanted to try it. After an exchange of texts, Gator asked if she had a gun, and was ready to get to work. Bella responded positively, and hopped on The Souls frequency on her radio.

A shipment. The first shipment. The first task Bella was given was to help collect the first shipment of firearms and weapons that the Souls had ever made.
Bella took her place in the darkness of the Paleto forest, awaiting Gator’s signal that the shipment had arrived, It arrived - just on time. The team was searching around with no luck, then there, under the railway tracks Bella found it. She called it in, hid the loot and waited for the Kamacho to arrive, the team loaded up the cargo, and made their covert escape back south, It didn’t take long to crack open the boxes and retrieve their reward.

Mission successful.

1. The SOULS have been busy weather it’s making money, disrupting cops, Meeting with other organisations, enriching the community, they are making a name for themselves where ever they go.
2. One night GATOR felt like he was being followed. He took notice of an ominous all black car lurking over him like his own shadow. He eventually approached the vehicle thinking they wanted something but as he got close they sped off. No matter where GATOR and his members would go he knew they were being watched. Staying on high alert he decided to go to SOUL FOOD a place GATOR has built from the ground up and a common place him and the SOULS would be found. As night turned into morning and the sun started to fill the street with its warmth and light, GATOR started to feel a bit more at ease. He stepped out of the entrance of SOUL FOOD taking in the crisp fresh air ready to start the day. Caught off guard for a second GATOR was met with more than just the morning air. Another all black vehicle pulled up right in front of him and this time gave him demands to get in. GATOR tried to play it cool but they gave him no choice so he climbed in the suv. He told the rest of the SOULS not to follow as that was one of the demands given. GATOR being the calm person that he is, didn’t show fear or retaliation but a curious demeanor instead. Although the 3 strangers didn’t say who they were GATOR had an idea and was clear when they said “you now work for us.” He knew that these people meant business as they were straight to the point and had a cold presence about them. GATOR was told he now has a few friends that will help him with business, that he needed to contact the 3 numbers that was given to him “no names to be exchanged” and that no one is to know what was spoken about here and they meant it. He was taken back to SOUL FOOD with a fire burning inside knowing this was the opportunity he was waiting for, for so long. SO IT BEGINS!

Banks; Every Criminal’s Dream Is For That Elusive Successful Heist. The Souls Weren’t Smooth With Their Tactics And Skills In Pulling Off The Felony. But That Didn’t Stop Them From Trying. Bella Took The Drill Into The Back, And Prepared It, Gator The Lead Of Counting Down For The Gunmen; Jeffe And Winston To Aim Their Guns At The Tellers To Begin The Heist. 3, 2, 1. It Began. Quickly Gator Managed To Open The Door - Protecting The Clerks, While Bella Was Keeping The Drill Level. It Was At This Point The Security Alarm Began To Ring, Loud! While Trying To Knock Out The Bank Tellers, There Was A Moment Of Laps And One Of Them Had The Chance To Reach For The Alarm, Alerting Law Enforcement Of The Robbery... Shit. The Team Bailed Out And Thought We Were In The Clear, Until Gator Caught A Tail, And Took Rode Back To Soul Food...

The Gang Tried To Formulate A Plan To Get Their Leader, Gator, Out Of Custody, But As Time When On, The Number Of Police Grew And Grew, Until It Was Impossible To Get To Him At Soul Food, But Jeffe, Winston And Bella Didn’t Want To Give Up, They Got Their Guns And Headed To Doc To Ambush The Cruiser Transporting Gator, And Now Also Ace Who Was Arrested For Interfering At Soul Food. A Gunfight Ensued, With Some Unlucky Mis-steps And The Sheriff’s Department Nearby The Attempt Of Rescue Was Unsuccessful, And All Three Joined In With The Trip To Doc. Not The Perfect Day, But The Gang Grew Closer And Their Bond Tighter Through The Struggle.

The souls keep themselves busy around the city with different activities, whether that’s finding photogenic spots to capture themselves with the City of Los Santos as a backdrop, getting new gang tattoos or fighting corruption. No day is the same with The Souls.

A large group of The Souls taking a bus ride around the state, high on drugs, listening to music, the gang had the perfect way to unwind after a long day.

Corruption is not tolerated
SOULS may have not been in the eyes of the public or authority for a week a two but they still left their mark. Making sure their presence is still felt even when laying low.
Aki was pulled over by an SD officer thinking it was going to be a normal interaction. The toned changed as the SD HOG showed his true colors of CORRUPTION trying to get information out of AKI and in return not suspend her licence.
AKI was having none of it and stood against everything she and the SOULS believe in. She gathered a few of the members and started hunting the SD officer down. Some time past and none of the officers would let her know where he was or he did not want to speak to her.
A robbery occurred and eventually cops were on the SOULS tail as a pursuit broke out. The SOULS were ready and shooting with AK 47's and any cops that would chase them. SD understanding the circumstances called for AIR ONE and eventually  shot out some tires of AKI's car causing her to crash. the SOULS jumped out and a shootout had begun on foot. not long after the SOULS were all subdued and taken to prison. The corrupt officer did show his face at the scene and was reminded that he is not safe. As long as the SOULS are still breathing they will continue to fight against corruption and be a beacon of hope for LOS SANTOS!

A Normal Day For The SOULS

The SOULS have been really busy and their presence felt all over the Los SAntos. Whether is participating in Gang related racing, Stealing PD vehicles right under their noses, Attending events, kidnapping of corrupt SD officers, gang relations, weapon distribution or even helping out individuals get on their feet the SOULS are there. It’s not the size of the dog in the fight but the fight in the dog that counts.

Keeping good relations with other gangs is important to the SOULS. They see themselves in an interesting spot amongst the illegal underworld. As the SOULS build a stronger relationship with the CARTEL more business opportunities arise with individuals and gangs around the city of Los Santos.

The SOULS make sure to keep PIGS and HOGS on their toes at all times. They are always sending a message to the corrupt system that’s meant to serve and protect or making a it a little more personal with corrupt individuals. The SOULS will not rest until true justice is served. If the legal system is not willing change it’s ways then the SOULS will see to it and make sure their voices are heard. No one with a badge is safe until deemed so by the SOULS, their actions will be judged and dealt with appropriately.

Can’t Win Them All

Bringing JUSTICE to corrupt cops is the name of the game for the SOULS. Disrupting their daily operations and showing the so called peace keepers of the city that they are not above the law is what the SOULS are all about. They will not stop at any cost because the people of los santos deserve the freedom to use the city at their leisure. The filthy PIGS do not have the right to stand in the way of that freedom!

Unfortunately the cost of freedom for the innocent can take it’s toll. Not every encounter with the PIGS goes to plan and sacrifices must be made. The SOULS believe with every cell in their body that justice needs to be served. But it is difficult for them to see family members experience near death encounters and especially when members don’t come back form the battle field.

Every decisions made is done for a reason. The Souls Of Urban Los Santos is bigger than just themselves but a way of life, a message, a beacon. It is JUSTICE for those that don’t have a voice. So the SOULS say you are not alone, keep on fighting for your freedom!

SOULS are Building networks and relationships amongst the the community and with other major gangs in Los Santos. They see themselves as a trusted organization and want to bestow that belief on to others they do business with. As the SOULS gain influence in their community more become aware of this, thus planting the seed for the near future. They deliver on what is agreed upon on making sure there is continuous business uplifting not only themselves but their community.
The SOULS also create business with organizations with more connections than themselves. Knowing their limits and using their intel the SOULS are able to create important connections with these orgs.  This benefits both parties as one side receives valuable resources and payment while the other enjoys equipment that help them with carrying out their tasks more effectively. This then creates a symbiotic relationship and this is what the SOULS strive for.

Bella had really enjoyed the way The SOULS worked and its view of remaining neutral and helpful to anyone who who’d be able to return the favor. Accompanying Gator to various meetings, she got a strong understanding of how her leader wanted the diplomacy of The Souls to work. Calm, respectful, and without bias. It was the kind of thing that was promised to Bella at the beginning, The SOULS were not just ‘a gang’, we were an organisation that aimed to be a beacon of opportunity to criminals, but a menace to corruption.

It was no secret that The SOULS were a small gang, a gang with limited weight within the criminal underworld. But small has its perks. With the connections that had been made over the course of a few weeks, Bella invested time and effort into building relations with notorious gangs in the city. Offering services - various in nature, to them in exchange for favor, and indeed hardware. Hardware necessary to have more of an effect against the corrupt cops in the city. 

It did not matter the standings of of the gangs, nor their own beliefs, it was webs of influence that the SOULS wish to spread. To be known as the gang that can help, provide, and work hard to improve the lives of those who stepped outside of the law.

The Bank Holdout

Daring Bank Heist Leaves 2 officers injured and several in custody

Several Suspects arrested after shootout unleashes at the Fleeca Bank during robbery outside Lifeinvader Offices where said suspects had been holding out within the banks vault carrying 1st class weaponry and tons of looted cash. Police were quick to respond to the scene after the banks vault had been breached wherein the suspects refused to give themselves up. Shortly after police arrival, several shots were heard outside the bank firing at several officers before a suspect was detained. Following a lenghty holdout where 1 officer was injured, Metro Swat deployed tear gas in attempts to draw out the suspects - which had led to 1 downed suspect and further tensions between both sides.  multipe warnings had been relayed to the bank robbers before armed swat breached the premises thus leading to an intense gunfight inevitably enforcing justice upon each suspect within the banks vault. An additional heavily armed officer had maintained casualties from a 9mm repeatedly shot by 1 of the suspects.

The road to D.O.C was a familiar one for The Souls, after leaving the messy conclusion that was the lifeinvader bank, they would come to find someone of a similar appearance of solomon cobb, could it may be his offspring?

With the ever changing roster within the SOULS - it was time that the command team was adjusted. Three experienced and senior members were chosen by the leader, Gator, to move up in the gang, taking on new responsibilities and sharing the load of commanding the group. It happens occasionally, but with the climate of the gang where it is, three promotions happened at once. While the promotions were desevered only time would tell if the decisions were good ones.

Court House A Blaise: Blaise On trial

Blaise put on trial by the cities  SOULS after a court case where he submitted evidence not found within the  discovery process of the trial. He insisted that a crowbar “inferred” wrongdoing despite its lack of proof of being used within a crime. The SOULS deemed this act of biased injustice condemnable that shall not go unoticed. Aki Kurokawa of The Souls & Arthur Green - The defendant victim of  Michael Blaise’s corrupt use of the court - had planned to kidnap and force him on trial as an effort  to protest the judicial systems lack of functionality and the corrupt use of power that missappropiated the 

courts justice system. The SOULS were told something big was to be expected on the Sunday Night ((UTC)) - however it was kept a mystery until the last hour. when given the plan, everyone was on board however Bella Cruz refused the use of explosive equipment and opted to not be involved within the interior situation and instead took on a role as a scout. On the other hand, Ace Aethernite refused to keep more than the target hostage as he wished not to cause unnecessary conflict with non combatants. Whilst the plan was in motion, Aki and Arthur would find Blaise and take him hostage meanwhilst 

Jesse Saint would prepare a fake explosive vest as tactical use to create buffer time that would prevent the  police from entering and breaching the trial. Aki, Arthur and Blaise would approach the city hall via Blaise’s own helicopter. SOULS moved in on the court house awaiting the trial to begin. Blaise had self represented as the defendant where Gator would act as the Plaintiff. Alast the trial would begin, The “Honorable” Judge Aki would step onto the bench. As the trial continued, it would gather a massive crowd outside the city hall. which would include many Law Enforcement Officers -

During trial a radio jammer had been activated on multiple occasions, The Souls had protested these actions especially with Ace and Jesse controlling the situation by telling the police they would shoot off a toe if the police did not comply. Just as the jammer went off a 3rd time, the police insisted it was not them- just before Jesse was about to take a toe, the

jammer had gone off for the last time, saving michael blaise; one toe. After much debate back and forth, Blaise had given in and accepted defeat admitting to his guilt. thus deeming his trial concluded, The Souls were generous in giving him a chance to publicly apologize for his actions and admit to his corrupt behaviour. Police had breached the 

the court room, but not before The Souls had entered the room next door and blocked off the doors with improvised methods which included tying the doors with cloth and using a bench to block off entrance. After intense discussion and negotiating, Ace would become paranoid of the situation insisting they took the back doors out where there would be less police resistence, however they would continue as planned. upon exiting with Michael Blaise as hostage whom they would lead into the center of the courtyard to issue his apology. This was cut short when PD would open fire on the crowd of where Michael Blaise had stood.

Upon  the incident at the city hall the week prior, morale was low and numbers had dwindled from the Laws excessive and overpowering use of force. Time had been spent in DOC, many being in the clink for too long, Ace Aethernite, Winston Yin and Rob Reaper were the first few to finally see the light of day once again, leaving those who remained in DOC until their release. With a lack of activity from high command, Ace took the wheel first off by meeting with the Souls recent neighbours, ‘The Alliance’ who have taken up residence at the Mosely Auto Service Shop in Chamberlain Hills. Ace would lead discussions and connections for the mean time 
until Aki, the co-leader of Souls would be released from DOC. A meeting was hastily set at the Davis mega mall where Ace would call upon the remaining souls available which were at this point- Winston and Rob - to join him in the discussions.  Ace would enquire about a previous deal they made that would mean selling them lysergic for a low price whilst the product was to be delivered back to the Souls where the alliance would get their full moneys worth, this was in order to fuel their turf east of strawberry. The conversation of turf had lead them to review their ties to dealers as to not step on eachothers toes in the way of turf, including their 3rd
Neighbour, OTF. Once both leaders (Aki Kurokawa & Ed Timpson) had arrived late of schedule, they would mutually agree to terms set based on turf, neutrality, and dealings.

Rob Reaper, trusted Dominion of The Souls had been in contact with his connections with the Waterfelons. Initially what started as a weapons deal had been turned into an agreement, that of which would be an official meeting between The Souls & The Waterfelons. Aki & Ace, whom were informed that they wanted a meeting would discuss with Ophelia of The Waterfelons the possibilty of an official meeting the following night. The Souls kept it lowkey, only having command members meet The Waterfelons. Numbers, names and agreements would all be shared.

1st on the agenda was to discuss what the meeting was for, what could they do with one another to benefit each other?The Waterfelons would approach the conversation with the fact that they believe The Souls and The Waterfelons had something in common, which was to help those in need. The defining difference between them however was The Souls will to concentrate on helping against Law Enforcement and lack of Judicial System.This breifly touched on the discussion of hosting events and raffles where They were told The Waterfelons made an exponential profit from a Sentinel Classic Widebody Raffle. This would help form an idea for The Souls- Atleast a 2nd part to a plan they had been cooking up during the week. On the Topic of 2nds, It was time to discuss a 2nd option on the agenda. The Souls had been constantly chopping vehicles, fueling their turf of 3 Mechanics, they had an overflowing income of car parts but nowhere to sell too. It was put into agreement that when needed The Souls would sell to the waterfelons in order to gain better tax on imported weapons. Addtionally one last thing would include The Highrollers stepping on Waterfelons Turf where the Waterfelons asked if they could exchange a businessman for someone else, however The Souls had to turn it down as their businessman was a key importance in holding Urban Los Santos (The ULS in SOULS) which would surround Mission Row Police Department, and hold the Banner Hotel, a potential Hotel Grounds for The Souls further business. Lysergic Sells
As The Souls Gained higher connections with their import “experts”, The Souls would find a new addition of drug chemicals to the menu, especially that of lysergic, a chemical compound mainly found in LSD. The Souls didn’t intend on moving into the drug manufacturing business, thusforth they would sell lysergic to those who cannot import it. The Lost MC and notably The Empire would find themselves doing business with the souls to get their hands on lysergic. These deals would make up for The Souls main source of income for the next few weeks.
Bella, being promoted to a virtue would be expected to maintain The Souls Turf and assist in the supply of the demand of the lysergic acid. With more absences from the gang, including Bella. Ace and Aki would assist in supplying lysergic Acid for their Buyers, whom were eager and waiting  on orders yet to be filled. However as weeks went by, The Souls would find their main buyer; The Empire had higher level imports allowing themselves to supply their own lysergic acid. The Souls would have to find new buyers including strengthening their relations with the Lost MC. another recurring buyer. As the demand for lysergic stays viable, The Souls will continue to assist the demand with supply for their fair price.

The Souls would find their demand had been reaching higher numbers than what was originally expected. Gator had planned on a new system that would give each gang or individual a 4 digit pin-code they would recieve upon confirmation of an order they had made, this would make use of a nightsafe tucked away where prying eyes won’t see. The Nightsafe(s) would consist of ordered and paid items where a text of the code would be sent out to those who know where to go, in addition, those new to the system have been shown how it works. so far it has been put into practice by Ace whom has reported positive results.

Minor Inconveniences at the lot

Ace believed it was time with the absense of few members that the souls should show they are still in operation and in control of their territory. Of course, The Souls would mainly operate against the Police and other law enforcement  organisations- more specifically those who abuse their power or impose unfair rulings against the many souls and citizens of los santos and beyond. “Where better to start than the impound lot practically on their doorstep”, Ace had thought before mulling over the idea of Mission Row PD. Ace chuckled to himself at the idea of how inconvienient it would be to clean up the mess of fresh blue paint that would cover the impound lot start to finish reading “The Souls”. To Ace, this would show The Souls direct involvment with the police alongside showing a will to protest the jail sentence length it would take for an officer to come and assist you in getting your car out from impound whilst keeping up a poor attitude.

The Declaration
After a long struggle with SD and their "protocols" and "procedures", Aki decided she had enough. Too many times she felt SD would abuse their power and privilege. Constantly would SD put her under pressure with their immediate aggression towards her whenever seen. The actions displayed by Law enforcement at the court house, where upon an agreement to spare lives and bullets on either side for what had planned to be a peaceful conclusion was cut short by the very same people who swear to “protect and serve” by gunning down multiple Souls who not once shot a single bullet.
3 of whom would die to the law.
Not soon after was there one distinctive voice that had been heard calling out “good shootin boys”, this enraged The remaining Souls, especially Aki, whom had believed this was the last string of evidence that Law Enforcement were dis- honorable and had very little redeeming qualities left.
Following these acts of aggression, Aki called upon the awoken souls that night for a plan to find the work driven cop behind those enraging words from the court house: Trixie Bankshot. 
Arriving at Bayview The Souls would find her followed by her k9, where Aki had then approached Bankshot for a lengthy discussion. Aki, who had seen Bankshot and SD as Thugs with badges did believe that Bankshot would have sound reasoning for what they did, However the principle of the disaster is just the issue Aki had, She would pursue her next move. Bankshot now being held at gunpoint was shoved into the back of a trunk and followed by SD immediately after. To some shock and surprise, The Souls found themselves in a similar situation as the courthouse where despite having a hostage, they were immediately shot at in pursuit. Nonetheless, This would only fuel the anger and hatred for law enforcement, whilst they know the risks of their illegal activity, not once would a soul ever think of shooting at their own people just to catch the “bad guys”. Trixie Bankshot would  suffer multiple GSWs, courtesy of her fellow deputies. To Aki- a former soldier, was further infuriated by the immoraless display made by the Sherriff's Department. Aki had an epiphany, that these people don’t respect the field the same way they did in the army.
As a result of this ongoing constant aggression and unaligning morals, Aki Kurokawa of the Souls would declare an official statement to Trixie Bankshot and the rest of SD that The Souls will continue to act in warfare against SD when need be. The war has begun.
