Right now, as it stands, if you purchase a second turbo on a vehicle (which costs $70,000), it makes no impact to the speed/performance of the car. It may cause problems in terms of cars reaching higher speeds which would cause some imbalances for law enforcement, but in that case, the speed for one turbo could be reduced, and the speed for the second turbo would be what it is at the moment. This is obviously an issue for people that have paid $70,000 to receive nothing, whether it's a bug or not, so I'm sure many people would agree with me. 1
