I think wheelchairs have been tried and were very desynced. But if possible I would be way down for all of these. ( gimme a stretcher I can actually put people on please)

Wheelchairs really don't work that well on Rage unfortunately, it's very clunky desync, but crutches and walking stick is basically just a panim so could potentially work

+1 It would be cool to see these things implemented in game as being put on a physical stretcher would make it more immersive while RPing 
also for the wheelchair suggestion instead of making it a panim could you not just get a bicycle and remodel it  to look like a wheelchair and have it as a vehicle u drive that paramedics  and the police have the power to spawn in (i don't know anything about coding so I'm not sure if this is even possible just a suggestion)
