Maybe this will help already: Your application will usually be looked into within 24-72 hours. Asking for an admin to review your application earlier will not help. There is no option to pay for this service, either. Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted via e-mail. To take the quiz, just enter the game. If it's blurry in the beginning, restart the game 2-3 times, until it's fixed. You will be prompted ingame.
