Can't login to the game!

Hello,
So I was in the server before it was restarted, and when the server was restarting, I kept pressing F1 and the server continuously so that i can log into the faster, but after some time a black screen appeared and i had to restart the game. And now whenever i try to login, it says "please wait for a server response" and after 1 minute it says "Failed to receive a response from the server"
