Burgershot salary system

Would it be possible to change the current salary system so people working for burgershot can RP and have more fun. Because right now we are not allowed to go outside the door ar burgershot without being punished which ruins the experience for everybody. No one is salary farming besides the ones afk. If i could propose that salary is paid within an area of burgershot instead of only inside because most roleplay situations happens outside between staff and customers. This way everyone wins.

Yeah well we dont decide where situations happen. So changing the system to what actually happens in RP should be promoted rather than denying everyone to have fun and RP. Thus raising the quality of life at burgershot.

You are getting paid to make the food and serve the food, not to go outside and promote, that would be a news agency like weazels job to do.
You dont see people working in fast food chains going outside during their shift hours IRL, so why would burgershot workers do it here.
If you want to hang out in the burgershot parking lot, clocked off, there is no problem with that (as the frequent server reminders state).

The salary system used to be alot more lenient. Then it got abused. This is why you now have to be indoors.

Which we are. When nothing else is happening we go outside and interact with people. Hope this helped

We should still be paid even though we go outside from time to time to chat. We help customers either way. Obvious salary farming should be punished. Going outside when no ones is ordering etc is not.

Its a job do the job. Burgershot literally turned into a cesspool of poor rp and rulebreaks. People constantly being killed and put in the freezer. 90 percent of which was being done while people were clocked on. I would prefer not to go back.

how is it poor rp when people at burger shot collectively agree to do gang behaviour to people who dont behave? seems like a situation of good RP to me. If someone breaks a rule you report the player. We do have the occasional new player who might break rules but thats normal. I dont see how this is related to my post anyways. Standing outside to Roleplay and doing our job is what we do and we have no issues.

How is it poor RP to act like a gang whilst you are ACTIVELY employed by a food corporation?

You’re a Burgershot employee not a gang member. As with all freelance jobs you are expected to do the scripted work. If you don’t wish to do the work quitjob and go socialize. Hanging around outside and darting back inside once you’re about get paid is salary farming by definition.

Is the rule in the room with us? Sorry but everyone does their scripted work while interacting with other players within the burger shot area. You have no idea what we do. We cover up our crimes and collect salary gladly. As said the crimes that happens from time to time happens within the burgershot area. We never initate crime, said crime happens after someone fucks with us.

What you are saying really is, if someone fucks with us inside burgershot we cant do nothing abt it. Even if we clean up the crime scene and dont get caught etc. We just have to stand there like good little boys

If you continue this behavior you’ll receive more punishments. Your choice if you wish to jeopardize your ability to enjoy the server that is entirely on you. I advise you change your behavior before you face a lengthy vacation from the server.

If you don’t wish to follow the rules of the server your ability to play on it will be revoked. All players are expected to follow the same set of rules, and you are not exempt from said rules.

This is a community suggestion thread  I wish to play and follow rules but the problem is i dont believe anyone is salary farming. If you had the professionalism to explain how we are salary farming maybe ill respond to you in a more formal manner
