Cannot use VOIP while in helicam

Issue/bug you are reporting: When in the helicam, you cannot use VOIP.

Expected behavior:  You should be able to use VOIP.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Get into the passenger seat of a helicopter with a helicam, open the helicam, and try to use VOIP by pressing N or M.

Vehicle license plate number*:  AIR-1, I suppose. But no personal vehicle associated.
