Well yes, but there is no designated faction to impounding and unimpounding vehicles. PD and Mechanics just do it.. would be a cool/boring faction just sitting at the impound releasing vehicles to people and most of the time PD just brings the vehicles to impound and doesn't call a mechanic, but that might change with a faction like this. Would also be nice not having to wait an hour to get your vehicle unimpounded. Just my opinion
