Emergency stop lights

Simple idea, simple (probably) in implementation, great RP potential :

CMD to enable both (left and right) turn signals to blink, so that it can be used when making emergency stop, temporary parking in spots etc.

cmd could be smth like: "/EMLights" and it would toggle lights either on or off. 

It could be used in various RP scenarios, for example, car is running but damaged, and driver indicates that his car is not functioning properly.

When waiting for people in places like Central bank, realistically someone would turn on emergency lights and wait couple of minutes.

like the idea. not sure how much it would get used. prolly mostly by MD for quick scene management.

+1, also wish blinkers worked when the engine is off, but that's a GTA limitation from what I know
