Helko Posted August 4, 2023 Report Posted August 4, 2023 Date and time (provide timezone): Character name: Declan Cross Issue/bug you are reporting: So when a person wears a mask when they speak VoIP or on the radio their name is hidden, but if they type in /r and then message their name is visible even though they are wearing a mask. Expected behavior: The person comunicating over the radio with a mask should not have their name displayed. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Grab a mask, and type in road work radio /r then a message.
Puzzling Posted August 9, 2023 Report Posted August 9, 2023 I don't know why but this has been how it has functioned for years. I honestly think it is how it was developed and not a bug. Though this would be a pretty good suggestion to get changed.
pixiejewels Posted January 23, 2024 Report Posted January 23, 2024 Not sure if this is a bug or intended, however it is still happening as I just tested it

Masks are not meant to have any effect over radio as they hide your face and that is not relevant over the radio.
