I am looking forward to checking the house out. What will your asking price be?

I'm not sure what the asking price will be exactly as I'd need to look around at what other houses are going for in the area, since real estate prices have changed significantly recently. It'll more than likely be around $250,000-$300,000 but that's subject to change.
