Billy was a graduate at UTSOA (the University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture), an educated architect and interior designer. Hill Designs was founded in Houston, Texas by Billy and his younger brother Chance. The companies business went uphill at the beginning of the 21st century when they were recommended by the famous book writer Jo Harvey Allen after the brothers designed her house. Nowadays the company is working all over the world, including Los Santos where the Vice-President of the company is making business. WHAT WE OFFER We offer customizations of low- to high-end interiors and exteriors.
