Would it be possible to set something up where we could opt to take our cars back to the import lot and trade them in for a partial refund of credits? A lot of us that have been around for years most likely have bought a car at one point or another that they just don't use or will never use. Giving us an option like this would only bring in more donations. People trade in a few old cars and have way more incentive to plop some more cash down to have enough to buy that new car they've been looking at. 1 Quote

I have imported multiple cars across my different characters and wish I could refund multiple of them as I just either don't play the character or regret buying the vehicle. Would be amazing to see something like this added. Quote
DoubleA Posted March 27, 2023 Report Posted March 27, 2023 Playing devils advocate here - there is a 24 hour window for you to refund it... but I feel it would be nice to refund my sultanRS that I dont drive and get something newer like a buffalo or a neon. Most cars are $60-$100 tho so people shouldnt be able to just be able to do it a bunch of times, maybe one time per account. Quote

That's why I suggested that trading it in only gets you a portion of the credits you spent. Maybe 75 percent? I think it would ultimately get a lot more donations, especially from old school donors. Trading in some old cars makes paying an extra 100 bucks for a casino penthouse not so bad. Or now with the number of new cars being added, I know at least for myself I have three cars I'll never drive again. Between those cars I've got about 150 (or more) dollars in credits wrapped up in them. I'd happily trade them in for a portion of what I paid and get something I'd actually use.
