The paint is sun dried so I'll have to pay someone to repaint it myself. The interior looks fantastic except for the shoddy laminate work. I'll have to get that fixed as well. The yard is an decent condition, but that tree is a fire hazard and will need to be trimmed. Another thing I'll have to pay for. $190,000 is about the best I can do in this condition. I believe the lowest I will go is 215,000 due to taxes the government forces upon us civilians.
