So, yeah imma noob to the whole Roleplay thing on here and not exactly sure where to start. I have read everything, but still a lil confused on how to get into gta v and join the rp server...Can someone help me with this?

Below is a link to a quick guide on how to start out with RP.  If you haven't already, make sure you join the discord (invite link at the top right of your screen) and watch the video on the #Verification channel which covers how to join the server itself.  Look forward to seeing you on the server!
