It is like this because realistically they're not gonna just admit you to the hospital and leave you. Realistically you'd be escorted by officers in and then escorted out but it's not like that for script and other reasons. This is why I believe it's like that but I may not be correct.

Don't need to create more non-rp scenarios of someone that just gets released from the hospital and decides to run again for no reason. You would realistically be escorted out of a hospital by officers IRL and wouldn't have a chance to run.

you dont really have a chance to run regardless due to the wellness feature as when your released from MD you walk like a cripple
