Add a /ame for mechanic invoices

So everyone knows that when we get a repair a mechanic needs to send a /mechoffer alongside a /me 

I suggest that we add an automatic /ame so that the mechanic and customer don't have to do an additional /me

If this gets considered then it should be the same for weazel offers.

And by extension an /ame for accepting said offer

I feel like there little to no effort that we are putting in just writing a simple /me signs the invoice, on a Roleplay Server, unless the community wants it to be turned into RPG. Most players have the clapper mentality anyway.

As for mechanics I feel like they already are using some auto hotkey to automatically write the messages. If not they are copy pasting them.

I believe this is already being done. If not, all mechanics I've ever RPd with have done it.
