Undershirts Missing from mens clothing

Issue/bug you are reporting: A lot of men's clothing still do not have undershirts (Main one I care about is waistcoats! )

This has already been labeled as a missing feature, not a bug, by @NobodyLTU.

I'm pretty sure that it is planned for undershirts to be added in the future.
