The ability to Bind animations

This is similar to how you can bind your radio with /bindradio [bind] [freq]. It should be simple to use this same code from that command to make one for animations. Example of the command would be: /bindanim [bind] [anim].  This would be useful for anims people use frequently so they would not have to type out the whole command in the chat.

Big +1, with the amount of development topics that have been teased I think this is a nice, simple way to go about it, until a full menu/wheel could be made.

You can keep the default binds of 1-6 for new players

/bindanim [key] [anim]

Use the same keys at the radio binds, 0-9 are available!
