Weapons not showing on the weapon wheel

Issue/bug you are reporting: Weapon disappears from the weapon wheel.

Expected behavior:  The weapon should stay on the wheel no matter what.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: It happens randomly. The gun will be fine and working, when you try to use the gun later it doesn't show up. It will also not let you use the weapon by clicking the numbers.

Do you happen to have a melee weapon on you prior to clocking on?
This is a slightly known issue and the fix is to remove your melee weapon from your inventory before clocking on.

I had a knife in the loadout slot before clocking on.

That'll be it. 

A Melee weapon in the Melee Slot will override the Heavy Slot. It's weird, but It's how it seems to work.

I haven't had this issue for awhile. I think it was fixed.
