I made my character and got my account set up here, took the quiz and passed. Now when I try sign back in to the server it's telling me my password is incorrect and I know that i'm putting in the right password. I can log in here and post apparently but I can't get past the login on the server itself. Anyone here have this issue?
Guest Jamesgaming91 Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 Oh, now I can't access the website either even though I have my username and password saved in auto-fill it's telling me the account doesn't exist. I'm still able to get into my dashboard but there is no way to reset password from there

Guest Jamesgaming91 Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 Yeah I know how that's how it's supposed to work. What I'm saying is the details work on the panel but not in the game which is my problem at the moment.

Well all I can say is pm @BallinByNature to help with this issue since I think him and the founders can only help with password resets or looking in to the issue for you
