Hotkey for answering and hanging up phone calls

While driving, having to press F2 losing all control of driving to answer a phone call is a pain, same being said to hang up unless the other person does it first.

I am suggesting a simple hotkey that will answer and hang up a phone call so you don't have to lose control of whatever you are doing or can keep walking instead of awkwardly stopping what you are doing.

I think a key that isn't used could be F3, it isn't used for anything that I know of at the moment, it would be like a toggle, if you are getting called it answers if you are in an active call it hangs up!

+1 a quick solution right now is just /phone to turn your phone off then turn it back on.
