Jett_J Posted April 5, 2022 Report Posted April 5, 2022 I've heard that once you have started your sentence and a charge is added whether thats because you did another crime while in prison or because someone forgot to add the charge before your sentence, that added charge bypasses the time deduction given by VIP etc. It might just be an oversight but I think that if a charge is added once you are in prison, you should still get your VIP jailtime deduction. 1
