Has a big, deep, luxury pool. Has nice, private, luxury yard. There is a drive in/out you can always park/store your car. There is 3 car garage. I actually made money on this, but because I am not greedy or wish to break the Los Santos economy I price my houses fairly. 1

I have been flipping houses myself for a little while and I actually sold this house to the guy who sold you this house. It is a nice house but compared to all of the other houses in Vinewood, this does not come close to the 500k mark. The driveway is too small and it can only store 3 cars in the garage. The view is nice but the garden is fairly plain. I have to say I would consider purchasing this house again but not for any more than 350k. Best of luck with your sales!
