Iām not sure if their is a reason for the absents of air vehicles involving lag or dysnc. But if your were to add them it should only be obtainable by the rich. You can do this by making their high prices on the vehicles. This will give players a new goal to obtain this vehicles and in heists and special missions for criminals it could add a whole new RP aspect to their situation. Furthermore, their should be a way to obtain licenses for air vehicles. Finally their will/should be player owner dealer ships for these vehicles and I would be a proud owner of one of this dealerships :). 1
